Silently Watching You - Ryeji

Chapter 15

Ryujin's POV:

After the warm greet from the two, i let them inside the house and guided them towards the living room. They were in awe seeing how neat and spacious our home was which i smiled in delight.

They sat in the living room as i excused myself that I'll be getting some drinks and snacks for them to eat. When i got back from the kitchen, holding several snacks especially some bread  for Hyunjin and some drinks putting them down on the coffee table.

"How have you two been doing?" i asked them as i sat down from the other chair.

"We're doing fine but Actually we missed you" Hyunjin said her lips forming into a frown as well as Heejin, "Yeah we haven't met you for over 3 years dumbass" Heejin said chuckled as i laughed.

"Yeah it's true, I'm sorry about not having to keep in contact with you two." i said feeling bad about it really.

"Don't worry Ryu, We understood why and We're okay about it" Hyunjin said and Heejin nodded, "After all we've been friends since we were in kindergarten, you know? " Heejin said which made me genuinely smile.

"You're right, i really missed you guys" I said leaning over to hug them trying to surpress myself from crying which they hugged back tightly making me lose it.

"There there Ryu we know you missed our cute ass" Hyunjin said as we all laughed together.

"Who said you two are cute?" i said raising a brow as they both smiled, "That's our Ryujin, alright" They both said in unison.

"By the way how did you guys manage to find our house?" i asked the two who were munching the snacks already.

"Well, We happened to met your Dad earlier who just got out from a huge company building while we were looking for some Café since Hyunjin couldn't leave without Bread" Heejin says looking at Hyunjin who was so immersed eating her Bread.

I chucked, "You met Dad?" as she nodded, "He was surprised to see us again and immediately hugged afterwards"

"We then asked your Dad where you were living at and decided to come here instead." I nodded as Hyunjin was now in another dimension.

"I'm glad you two met my Dad again that's why we finally reunited again." I smiled at the two as they laughed, "Of course! 3jin always!" Hyunjin chanted who was so immersed earlier and got up from her seat.

Me and Heejin followed as we chanted like we used to since we were kids, "3jin always!" and we laughed from our seats like the good old times.

We chatted again talking about random things or about our daily lives. Hyunjin and Heejin were currently living in a dorm which would took about a 30 minute drive from here. Apparently the two moved here as well a year ago and are attending at a neighbor school from mine that would about a 10 minute walk.

After about a few good laughs and playful bickering the door burst open revealing Yuna and Chaeryeong as they stood at the door frozen seeing Hyunjin and Heejin.

"Ah Hyunjin, Heejin That Giant over there is my Sister, Shin Yuna and That Scary Brunette is my friend Lee Chaeryeong." I said also pointing at the two who bowed as Hyunjin and Heejin bowed as well.

"Hi there, I'm Kim Hyunjin" Hyunjin introduced herself giving them her charming smile, "And I'm Jeon Heejin" Heejin continued with a warm smile.

"It's nice to meet you!" Yuna greeted with her bright personality as always, "Nice to meet you two" Chaeryeong shyly said.

"This girl is very shy at first but when you get to know her she's like a beast" i whispered at the Hyunjin and Heejin as they chuckled.

"Hey i heard that" Chaeryeong glared at me.

"Told you guys" I said as the Hyunjin, Heejin and Yuna laughed while Chaeryeong rubbed her forehead clearly gonna scold me later.

After that we had another chitchat together, luckily the four of them got closer that easily. We shared a few moments about ourselves even embarrassing moments that Hyunjin and Heejin exposed about me. I groaned recalling those embarrassing moments as tackled both of them.

We talk for about an hour as it almost 6pm, Hyunjin and Heejin told us that they should get going now before the public bus would leave them but i told them that i should just give them a ride since public bus aren't coming in this side of the city and they eventually agreed.

I took my keys and wore my jacket as the five of us walked outside. Yuna and Chaeryeong decided to come as well which the other two and myself didn't mind at all.

We got inside my car and drove to where their dorm was located. After about exactly 30 minutes we arrived at their dorm as they got out from my car and waved at us.

"Let's hang out together next time! " Hyunjin half-yelled as i nodded, "Make sure to make a group chat Yuna!" Heejin said as Yuna gave thumbs up as the two waved one last time before finally entering their dorm. After they were gone from our sight, I was about to turn on the engine again when the two slightly slapped me in the shoulder which made me confused as i looked at them.

"WE DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAD CHILDHOOD FRIENDS!?" They both exclaimed in unison as i covered my ears not wanting to hear their painful scream.

"Yeah,Yeah I'm sorry I'll tell you guys at home so buckle up" I said smiling turning on the engines and they nodded, buckled their seat belts as i drove back home.
