Chapter 19

Ryujin's POV:

It was Monday afternoon and we were currently at the Gym doing Dodgeball since it was PE Class. We already changed to our tracksuits sitting at the bleachers waiting for the other class to come while my other classmates were exercising in the meantime. Mr. Wang told us we have joint classes with Chaeryeong's so i was pretty happy to hear about it.

"Ryujin!" Chaeryeong says waving walking to my direction as i shush her.

"Quiet down"

"Wae? That nickname suits you" She laughed making me roll my eyes.

"I can't believe Mr. Wang have the guts to teach two classes consisting of 20 students each, what a brave soul" I said playfully not to loud as Chaeryeong laughed slapping me in the shoulder.

"Ow! That hurt" I said slapping her shoulder as well but she continued laughing kneeling down on the floor.

Mr. Wang looked at her as well as the other students and he turned to me while i just shrugged my shoulders. Chaeryeong eventually calmed down and went back to her seat as she was embarrassed to see that all eyes were on her.

Mr. Wang coughed and we turned our attention to him, he was standing at the centre of the stage holding a Whistle.

"All right, Today I've decided to have the two leading classes having pe class at the same time because we'll be having Dodgeball instead of normal exercises.... But!" Mr. Wang paused walking towards the backstage pulling out a white board that had some boxes drawn in it looking like some kind of those tournaments, " We'll be having a little tournament!" i knew it.

"This will be the battle of Class 2-A vs Class 2-B. To avoid anything unfair to this little Tournament it's only going to be Girls vs Girls and Boys vs Boys from the two classes. Did everyone got that?" Mr. Wang asked as everyone loudly cheered and roared while i just simply looked at them wishing to just read some manga this moment instead.

"So to start off our tournament we will be having the Girls battle from Class 2-A vs Class 2-B, Both class prepare your Team Players!" Mr. Wang finishes off blowing the whistle as everyone scurried off into their respective class as well as me and Chaeryeong. Class 2-B our class is in the left side of the Gym discussing at the bleachers while Class 2-A Chaeryeong's class was in the left side as well at the bleachers.

Our Class was still discussing on who should we have as our representative players, half of me was not caring about it while half of me was listening, well partially.

I looked up at Chaeryeong who looked back at me giving me a smile then giving me a glare in a split second signalling me something.

This girl is surely competitive...

I looked back deciding to listen to Bang Chan our President in our Class planning with my other classmates. They had already picked some to be the players including himself for the boys as i thought it was okay now and i can just chill here at my seat.

"How about Ryujin?"

I heard my name being mentioned as i turned my head towards them with an expressionless face. Felix had mentioned my name and as much as i want to complain, this aussie guy is very sweet to even argue with.

"Why?" i asked as they all looked at me some with scary looks while some looked happy.

"Ryujin we need one more player for the girls team, can you play?" Bang Chan asked me as i just sighed and nodded giving in.

"Nice! We're going to win for sure!" One of my classmate cheerfully says.

"How would you know we are? I bet weirdo over here sucks" Beomgyu said while i just rolled my eyes at him.
