Hello kiwi birbs and fruits (or other if you prefer)!
After taking all of the chapters I currently have and putting them into one document (because I've been writing and just posting in wattpad with no backup documents or editors like a heathen) I have noticed that my formatting and pacing is all over the place. As such I have decided to give this story an overhaul and rewrite it with the same plot and characters but with better editing and formatting.
I will also be taking note of what comments have said and what has needed clarification and expansion as I have written this story. I have slowly been getting into a schedule where I can start to really plan things out and update more often and hopefully more consistently as well.
I'm unsure if I will clear all the old chapters and replace them or if I will leave this book and just start another one as that would honestly be less work. Let me know what you think I should do and if you would still like this book up if I decide to make the revamp its own.
I would like to say that I never believed this fic would get this big. when I started I had no followers, had never even commented on another story, and didn't think my book would ever be found and truly thought I was just gonna write for me in my free time. Crazily the next day my first chapter had about 20 reads and I don't know how y'all found me. Now this story has over 51.5 THOUSAND reads and it BLOWS MY MIND that people could enjoy my writing and even my OC! So now that this story is not just mine, it belongs to all of you who read and wait whether silent or sharing ideas and thoughts, I want to do it justice and not just hobble it along as I have been doing.
I sincerely apologize for how sporadic and far in between updates have been, but I promise I really haven't abandoned this fic, I just am not happy with my old writing and want to improve it so the rest of the story can run smoother and have the same formatting throughout.
Thank you for all of you who have waited and stayed for this book, I appreciate you more than words can say. I am sorry if I lost some of you along the way because of how long it is between updates.
