It's been a few days since the whole incident happened, since Draco and I have come home.
This year is going to be the first ever Christmas without father.I can't lie, i've thought about ditching Christmas with Draco and sneaking back on the train to Hogwarts. But then I thought, how could I be so selfish to my mother.
Days at the Malfoy manor were downcast and depressing. The halls which were once blissful and cheerful, were now dim and gloomy.
I tried thinking positive about this whole situation. Maybe it wasn't such a bad thing if father was gone. He was always so ignorant towards us, and never seemed to put us first.
He didn't care what we had to say about Hogwarts each year when we came home.
He ruined Draco and I's childhood. Our happiness. He made me think I wasn't allowed to ever be joyful.Although he was a horrible father, he was still the glue that held this family together.
And now he's gone.

-"Avy, change your clothes." Draco muttered as he sat by the kitchen counter munching down on some cheerios.
I trudged down the stairs and pretended like I didn't hear him, which made him even more angry.
"Avy I said change your fucking clothes are you deaf." he slammed his hand down on the counter, causing milk to spill everywhere.
I slightly jumped to how hard he slammed his hand down, and shot him a furious look.
"Who the fuck are you to tell me to change my clothes." I hissed as I trotted down the kitchen, looking for something to eat.I was wearing a tight skirt, and a crop top. I didn't get the big deal, so what I was wearing short clothes? Just because he's my brother doesn't mean he gets to tell me what to wear.
He rolled his eyes and continued munching on his cereal.
"You're dressed like a slut." he muttered to himself."Excuse me?" I thundered as I turned around to face him.
"I said you're dressed like a-"
"I heard you." I hissed.
"Yeah so change." he repeated.
"Look Draco, I know lately you've been having a hard time dealing with father. But that doesn't give you the right to be a straight up dick towards me." I glowered, crossing my arms.
He violently shook his head and his body started to tense up.
"It's bad enough that he left and now I have a hooker sister walking around the house." he scoffed.I tried ignoring him, and turned around. I got some cinnamon toast crunch, milk, and sat two seats away from him as I poured the cereal and milk into the bowl.
He munched down on his cheerios and glared at me, as milk dripped down his lip.
"You got milk on your chin you twat." I rolled my eyes at him.
"Yeah I know Avy, I feel it." he groused as he wiped his chin with his sleeve.
We sat in silence for about 10 minutes munching down on our cereal until his voice startled me.
"Let's get out of this house."I took one last bite of my cereal and looked up at him.
"And go where?""Anywhere." he sighed. "I just need to get out of here."
I nodded my head and we rushed upstairs to put on our jackets and wear some warmer clothes.
I was wearing a puffy black bomber jacket, with some baggy jeans and boots.
I grabbed my black beanie, put it on my head and walked out of my room to meet with Draco.
