Purple Roses

After everything came to an end, and Olivia got to be with boys again, they worked on a story that Ray could possibly believe happened to her that night. Let's just say, the story was all over the place, but believable. She was then taken to the hospital to get treated for her injuries.

Olivia explained to Ray why she had been feeling the way she did, and he told her he would do everything in his power to adopt her into their family. You can probably imagine how excited she was. Lots of tears and hugs. This takes us up to now with Olivia laying in her hospital bed.

"You guys can go home, you know?" Olivia smiled as she looked around at the boys and Julie. She glanced over to Luke, holding his hand. He smiled at her before shaking his head as he looked at the others.

"We want to keep you company." He grinned, and the boys nodded. Everyone was unsure what happened that night; being able to touch them. But they were still very much invisible to everyone else, but the girls.

Olivia shook her head, letting go of his hand so she could cross her arms. "You guys have been keeping me company for the past three days. I'll be fine on my own." She said, and she watched Reggie pout.

"We don't want to go home without you." He said, and she smiled at him. She couldn't imagine how this would have been without them. She felt her hand being pulled from her chest, and she looked over at Luke as he held her hand again. Her heart fluttering in her chest.

"Yeah, besides, you'd be bored without us." He said, raising his brows at her. She narrowed her eyes at him, but couldn't stop the smile sliding onto her lips.

"Yeah, you don't seem like you could entertain yourself that well." Alex said, making her whip her head towards him with her mouth open. "Hey! Remember all those times I didn't show up to band practice; I was enjoying myself without you guys." She said, though that was a complete lie. She was miserable when she was alone.

Julie laughed, as the boys all exchanged looks. "Liv, don't even lie." She said, making Olivia press her lips together before she let out a laugh. "Alright, alright, I'll probably be bored on my own, but you guys need to go home." She grinned, looking at them and then tilting her head at Luke, who didn't look like he agreed. His lips pouting ever so slightly.

Olivia smiled at him before looking at everyone. "Stop being a bunch of damn babies and go home already. Go write songs or something. You can show me when I get home." She said.

Finally, Reggie jolted from his chair with a determined grin. "I can work on 'Home Is Where  My Horse Is,' so I can play it for you, when you get back!" He nodded, and Olivia grinned at him, pointing with her free hand. "I'd love to hear that. You three can help him." She said, eyeing the others.

Alex let out a loud groan, letting his head fall back. "Fine." He grumbled, pushing up to his feet with the chair handles. Reggie looked at him with a goofy grin as he nodded. It made Olivia smile.

She turned to Julie, who had her head laying on the side of the bed now. "Do I have to?" Julie whined, peeking her eyes up from her arms. Olivia smiled at her, placing her hand on her head. "For me?" She asked, and she could see Julie's eyes squint as if contemplating before her head fell back into the bed.

"Well, now I have too." She said, pushing up and standing beside her. Olivia tilted her head in agreement, and then looked to Luke. He looked like he had no plan in leaving.

"Oh, come on. Please, baby?" She said mockingly, and he narrowed his eyes at her, which made her laugh. "Don't make me get up and push you out the door." Olivia said.

Luke shrugged, grinning at her. "I can just poof back in here." He said, and she narrowed her eyes at him. "I love you, but you need to go home and play guitar or something. I'm getting scared you've forgotten how." She grinned, and his jaw dropped.
