Maleah purchases a Danish from a coffee shop outside Los Angeles, "thank you very much," she exclaims as she heads out the door walking alongside the sidewalk in a lovely small downtown area. Dennis comes from around a corner, slick as a snake but in a peaceful aggression.
"Weather is lovely, isn't it?" Dennis asks.
"Yes, great day for a... walk... do I know you?"
"Miss Domelli my name is Dennis Brann, I have some business opportunities I would like to discuss with you, by the way I loved that article you wrote about the particle accelerators connection to the space-time continuum." Dennis says with a smile as their walk comes to a halt as she considers the offer.
Across the city, Dr. Bluwinski instead of pacing around equipment, walks calmly holding two cups of steaming coffee. He slides open the glass door to his patio, meeting his lovely wife. They sit and watch the birds sing, as the sun rises in the early morning.
"Thank you sweetheart" Mrs. Bluwinski says, accepting the warm glass. The doctor is about to sit when he hears his doorbell ring. They both look in the direction of the ring.
"Looks like they finally decided to give you your toys back honey!" Mrs. Bluwinski jokingly suggests.
"Oh hush... I'll get it..." The Doctor says as he gets up and walks toward the front of the house. He opens the door, surprised to see Jacob.
"Jacob!" He exclaims with a smile, please come in, Edith hasn't seen you in ages!"
"No can do Doc... we've found your stash, and we want you to come with us to get it back" Jacob states firmly, as the doctor's smile turns straight to a frown.
