You stared wide eyed your cheeks probably as red as his feathers. A small cocky smile was displayed on his face as his thumb caressed your cheek. What had you speechless wasn't the kiss alone but the loving look he had while looking your way, you weren't given much time to dwell in it when a familiar ringing made you snap to reality.

"Hawks! Tokoyami!",you yelled as you ran to the other side of the wagon where you could make out what appeared to be a sand storm heading your way.

"Captain?!",a rather alarmed Tokoyami called as he sprung out without a cloak on

"Shit",you grumbled

"A storm?",hawks questioned

"No, but I wish it was. I've got no time to explain but hawks I have your old clothes in a compartment put them on and I also have decoys of chokers put them on both of you."

They stood in stunned silence but nodded as they both ran back inside the wagon. No sooner had they done so when the sand storm was now nearer but now riders on horses approached. They stopped mere feet from your wagon, they wore desert clothes covering their whole body except their eyes and hair.

"What business do you have?",one called out

Right now (y/n) the anxious girl wasn't here, the role you were Taking on right now was to save your life's. Taking a deep breath and asking for forgiveness you stepped forward.

"Nothing more than a traveling merchant",you replied

You tensed up as two got off their horses, curved swords in hands. A bead of sweat trailed down the back of your neck and not because of the heat.

"Let us inspect your wagon",he said not a question or an option

You smirked trying to hide your nervousness,"Fine but I want my treasures to go untouched, so let me remove them."

"Fine."

This eased you a bit as you whistled and the wagon door opened. Out stepped Tokoyami in his black cloak, choker...back on his neck. Following behind him was hawks back in his native clothing, which was white clothing adorned with red and blue jewels. The hawk seated on his shoulder and what made you stomache sink was the choker on his neck.

They trudged and stood behind you not saying or giving hints of anything. You knew hawks was aware of everything as he'd read your thoughts but Tokoyami on the other hand. No you needed to focus, you watched them ransack the wagon and eventually came empty handed. You assumed that was the end of it until the leader of the group stepped forward.

"Let us bring you to our mistresses home, I bet she'd be delighted to meet your treasures ",once again not an option

Your eyes met as you stared him down but you tilted your head offering your best smile.

"Id be delighted, lead the way! Now back in the wagon!",you snapped trying to seem assertive as everything was packed and on the move.

The leader rode alongside you, his comrades surrounding the wagon as you traveled. Showing no signs of escape, not to mention the dessert still had a way to go before reaching the final town. They probably knew the area better making you at a loss and disadvantage.

Soon however a giant castle appeared, surrounded by walls of sands, men stood on them guns in hands.

"Who goes there?!"

"Visit!",the men yelled as the doors opened allowing entrance.

You took a shaky breath but proceeded inside. Half of you had a mind to run, but that wouldnt be possible. The doors slammed Shit behind you caging you in enemy terriotey. As you got off, more people wrapped in cloth appeared.

"This way",one of them motioned

"No, I aint moving without my treasures",you huffed

"Not a problem."

Once again they got off and immediately whispers began ringing around, you could sense it. The greediness that was beginning to grow as they layed eyes on hawks.

"Both of you at my side at all times or else",you smirked as you held up the chokers control, fake it was made when turned on instead of real electricity fake would swarm out only wrapping around them causing no harm.

"Yes master",hawks spoke coldly his eyes empty and void as he approached Tokoyami following suit

Seeing the once loving eyes replaced by this cold void, was a punch to the face. Yet you couldn't falter, as you followed the person as they lead you down varies hall until cominv to a halt.

"The madam is waiting inside", the then proceeded to open the door

You stepped inside, a room decorated in lavish rugs and curtains was waiting, in the center of the room A bed in red velvet pillows was seated in on it a women layed. You were quick to avert your gaze as the only thing she was wearing was a simply silk robe which wasn't covering much. Now that you noticed at her sides were men also not wearing much but robes around their bottom waist.

This women has a harem hawks voice pierced through your mind almost making you jump.

The women sat up causing her robe to slip even more, her dark raven hair trailing down her shoulders. She grinned, in delight but of what?

"What a precious desert flower they've found me",the women cooed as she got up dismissing the men

"Ma'am, a pleasure to meet you",you greeted her

"Just splendid what a beautiful creature",the women ignored your words as she approached

You had the feeling she was meaning hawks and a sense of anger and jealousy overcame you. She was beautiful having that hour glass body, and smooth skin. You couldn't help but glanced towards the guys, to your surprise Tokoyami stood still eyes closed and hawks gaze was fixated on you. You didn't have time to tell him to look else where as a pair of delicate soft hands took your face turning you to face the owner.

You gasped in surprise as the lady was no mere inches from you. A rather joyful look on her face as your eyes met.

"Yes indeed what a beautiful desert flower, my desert flower."

You could hear someone choking in the back as a barely audible," What?" Left you.
