He grinned as he kneeled down his gaze on the soaking red shirt, he looked back at you.

"My..I remember when throwing a bullet your way had been harder, have you grown soft?",he cooed as he stood up

"You traitor, both you and Shigaraki!",you yelled at him as you pulled yourself up on a knee

"Don't be angry, we just realized we could have more",he chuckled,"You could've joined us, it's still not to late."

"Go to hell",you growled out as blue flames erupted around you both creating a barrier

"Now that I'm seeing you again I've realized...you're dying aren't you?"

Your heart froze as you stood up,"I don't know what you're talking about."

"You've got magic but magic that drains the life out of you. It wouldn't be surprising if you weren't at deaths door step",he spoke,"Let me help you."

"You bastard, you want to help me?! After You sold your own brother out?!",You screamed

"Shoto was nothing but the perfect mage my father wanted him to be and I put him to good use",he smirked

That man didn't care for anyone else but himself, you'd tried using Shoto as a form to make him change. Yet there wasn't anything human left in him, just someone filled with hatred. He'd sold shoto to these bastards, and here he stood extending his hand to you as if you'd take it.

"Hmm but times running out...no more like you are",he laughed as he stepped closer,"I've been watching, tell me. Do you really think you've got what it has? But remember me and Shigaraki are always willing to stop this if you-".

Dabi suddenly sprang back, as a hurdling mass of red feathers went his way. As hawks landed infront of you, he was badly bruised and covered in cuts. His back faced you as his feathers returned to his back.

"Songbird, are you ok?",he asked not taking his eyes off the enemy

"I'm fine",you winced as you forced your trembling body to step closer to him

"Ah you must be new, I'm Dabi",he smirked,"One of (y/n)'s closest friends."

"Dont speak her name so casually you bastard",hawks snapped as his body tensed up

"Where's Tokoyami?",You asked

"He's with the towns people we've got rid of most of the men, a few left so I came here to check up on you. Glad I did",he grumbled

"Don't be serious, the fun is just getting starte-",he was caught off as a spear of ice came his way

You had thrown it, every mage had an element and yours was water. You aimed at the surrounding fires as your water turned into ice took it out. Your gaze met his, amusement flickered across his face but something else lingered momentarily before his face turned serious.

"(Y/n) keep it up and your time might run out",Dabi spoke as he tilted his head

"Stop speaking nonsense!",hawks yelled

"Nonsense?...",his eyes traveled towards your pale face realization flickering through his face,"I see, you haven't told him have you? Little mouse."

"Shut it!", you snapped stepped forward as another ice spear appeared in your hand

Fear filled you, and anger. You stared him down, as he chuckled and stood up straight. Rain began pouring down onto you and the town in which a war was still ongoing.

"I've always found your element to be beautiful, fire and water fighting against one another"Dabi chuckled

"Say it already",you spat out

"(Y/n) we can stop this all of it if you just hand yourself over",Dabi grinned but was short as a red feather barely missed his face

Anger, fear, oh god so many emotions were beginning to swallow you. He always said it, that for you yet you couldn't understand. Why you? Your element was basic, your magic barely average, yet they both demanded you.

"(Y/n)",hawks spoke gently as he now stood next to you, a concerned look on his face

That's right...You now shared a bond meaning he was sensing all the negative emotions inside you

"I'm fine",you managed to smile softly at him as you caressed his face, You'd found out that his love language was touch

Sudden laughter made you turned, as Dabi burst into a fit of laughter,"Oh this is good little mouse, you and him?"

You remained silent your gaze fixed on him.

"You've really fallen low",he grinned as flames flew your way

"Songbird!",hawks yelled as he grabbed you leaping out of the way in time as the flames burned down the ground you'd been standing on

"Dabi! I had hope of bringing you back, like the old times. But I see now that it's to late",you said as your eyes burned from tears building up,"To put a stop to this, I need to get rid of you!"

Dabi smiled as he extended his arms out his flames rising behind him,"Come at me little mouse."

You focused your energy onto the bullet wound on your hip as you healed it.

"Hawks put me down."

"(Y/n).."

"Please",you managed to croak out

He reluctantly did as asked as he softly put you down. He stepped back as you began approaching Dabi. He flashed you a smile and oh god that smile, how long had it been?

"Touya!",you screeched as he tossed water your way

"Don't tell me the water mage is afraid of a little water?",he teased his now white hair bouncing as he laughed

During those times he'd barely met you, and joined the group. You noticed he became distant after meeting Shigaraki, but that's when everything went down hill. He left with him, and never returned.

"Touya! Why?!",you screamed as you picked yourself up

He smiled softly,"(y/n) the invite is always open."

You'd never felt as betrayed and hurt as in that moment. Aizawa had found you and taken you to safety, as he did so, the last thing you could see were his burning blue flamez as they died down.

"Dabi...no Touya, I'll free your soul",you spoke softly as you lunged at him

He chuckled as he too lunged ready to meet your attack. Rain began falling harder now, he jumped and through a way of flames towards you. You jumped back as you created a wave of water using the rain. You proceeded to use each raindrop as bullets shooting them at him.

He jumped back as he was forced to dodge them, his blue flames still burning as they fought to stay up against your pouring rain. You could taste the rising blood in your mouth as you forced yourself to keep going. Dabi stood waiting your next attack, his hair stuck to his cheek as the rain poured down on him. His white roots beginning to show, you took a deep breath.

You offered him a small smile as you lifted your sword, you brought the blade close to you as You whispered a small enchantment. He through more flames your way, and you used them to cover you as you ran towards him. He grinned as he prepared but nothing prepared him for the next thing. The sword began glowing but he didn't see it until you were infront of him. With a swift movement the sword pierced him.
