It's been about a week since satan aka Addison Montgomery-Shepherd showed up and ruined everything, this is how it happened

Derek is helping me put my coat on after a long day at the hospital when this red head walks in, I wasn't paying much attention to her because I had never seen her before, but the same couldn't be said for Derek. She started walking over to us and all Derek could say was
"Meredith I'm so sorry" which only made me more confused. This red head made it over to us and said "Hi I'm Addison Shepherd, and you must be the woman who's been screwing my husband"

But that was a week ago, now I had to act like everything was normal even though Derek and Addison still walked the same halls as me, it felt like they were always everywhere. This one week without Derek has been one of the hardest, I never knew I needed someone this much, I need him.
"Yang with Burke, Stevens with Shepherd, O'Malley your with me in pit me and Grey with Montgomery-Shepherd, any objections?" Bailey shouted "I didn't think so"
I can't believe I am getting stuck with she Shepherd, I don't know if I can handle having to work with her without breaking down. But even though I don't know how this is going to work I will be civil if she is, this is going to be perfectly fine, I'll be okay.
"Grey are you ready to present?" Dr. Montgomery asked "yes Dr. Montgomery, Thomas Green, 4 days old born at 25 weeks and presents with patent ductus arteriosus, so we are going to perform a PDA ligation because the patient has not been responding to other forms of treatment" I finished very confidently.
"Thank you Dr. Grey" said Dr. Montgomery "This is a very simple surgery as long as there are no complications, but I do want to remind you that with a baby this young their is a much higher risk for complications that we may not be able to fix" said Dr. Montgomery "we fully understand all the risks and we still want the surgery" said Thomas's parents
"Okay, now that we are clear on that Dr. Grey and myself are going to her prepped while your son is in pre-op" Dr. Montgomery said "we just want to say thank you so much for everything Dr. Montgomery, we can never thank you enough for what you are doing" said Thomas's dad "save those thanks until after the surgery, Dr. Grey we need to get prepped" at the mention I snapped out of my daze, I don't know what happened. All I know is I just spaced out watching
