Debby's POV
It was summer in the afternoon when I was finally finished unpacking my things in my room. I was so excited when my dad told me that we would spend the whole summer here, in California, because he had some business to attend. I was even more ecstatic when he told me i could invite my friends to come with us, with their parent's permission of course.
"OMG! I can't believe we're here in California!!!" my best friend, Jade, squealed.
"I know right! Soo where are going to go first?" my other best friend, Amber, asked.
"Well i don't know about you guys but I'm planning on staying here for the night because all that unpacking wore me out!" I exclaimed
"Yeah me too.. How bout we go to the beach tomorrow afternoon?" Amber said
"Ok. Now that's settled.. What do you guys want to have for dinner?" Jade asked
"Mmmm how bout pizza?" I asked
"I'll give them a call." Amber said
So while Amber was ordering us a pepperoni pizza, which is our favorite, Jade and I decided to watch a movie.
"So what do you want to watch?" Jade asked
"Hmm what about.... The Clique?" I asked
"Sure. Let's wait for Amber to finish ordering the pizza." Jade said
"Soo what are we watching?" Amber asked taking a seat between me and Jade
"The Clique." I said
As we were watching the movie, the doorbell rang.
"That's probably the pizza." Amber said still focused on the movie
"I'll get it." I said
"Pizza delivery!" the guy said
"Here you go" as I paid the guy for the pizza with a good amount of tip in it
"Hope you enjoy the pizza!" He said
"Thanks"
I set the pizza by the counter near the kitchen and took 2 slices on 2 plates and handed them to Jade and Amber and I took a slice and put it in my plate and went back to watch the movie.
We watched till the movie was over and by the time we were finished watching, the pizza was already finished. We cleaned up the mess and went to our rooms and went to bed.

Ryan's POV
When I woke up in the bright summer morning I saw a car parked in front of my next door neighbor's house. I just arrived in California with my friends last night. You see my mom and dad are separated and every year I go to California to spend my summer with my dad and since, he had to do some work he agreed on me bringing along some friends to keep me company.
"Hey did you see car by our next door neighbor's house?" My best friend, Jeff, asked
"Yeah looks like we're going to have some company this summer" I said
"Hey your dad told me to tell you that he left you a note by the fridge." Jeff said
Dear Ryan,
I had to go to New York to do some work. I left you my credit card and you can only use it for emergencies or if and when you ran out of money. I also left you some money in a envelope by the counter. It is enough to last you for 3 months I hope. I'll call you when i get back.
PS I left my car keys on the table incase you boys want to go anywhere.

"Seems like we're going to have this place all to oursleves." I said explaining him about the note my dad left
"Cool. So how bout we go get some breakfast?" Jeff asked
"Breakfast sounds good. What about Charles?" I asked
"He'll be up before he realizes we were gone!" Jeff said amusingly
"Let's just leave him a note incase he wakes up earlier than we expected." I said
"Fine." Jeff said
I scribbled down some things on the paper which read:
Charles,
Went out to buy some breakfast.
- Jeff and Ryan
"There that seems alright. Let's go." I exclaimed feeling hungrier than i expected
We went to go buy some doughnuts from Krispy Kreme and brought 2 boxes home. When we got home we saw Charles in the kitchen reading the note we left him.
"Good morning sunshine!" Jeff said jokingly
"Morning." Charles said yawning
"Here we got you some doughnuts from Krispy Kreme." I said
"Give me the damn doughnuts Ryan!" Charles exclaimed because I wouldn't give him the doughnuts
"Only if you say please" I said acting a little bit girly for my taste
"Will you PLEASSSEEEE give me the damn doughtnuts??" Charles said blinking his eyes prettily
I laughed and gave him the doughnuts
"Thanks dude." He exclaimed
"Sure thing." I said taking a seat beside him while Jeff took a seat across him
"So what do you guys want to do today?" I asked
"Hmm I don't know but I want to meet some girls!" Charles exclaimed
"Haha I bet we all do haha!" Jeff added
We laughed and made some jokes while eating the boxes of doughnuts and we also informed Charles that my dad wasn't around
"Well I have to go buy some welcoming gifts for the neighbors." I said
"Well why don't we go visit them tomorrow and let them settle in first. They must be pretty tired." Jeff said
"Yeah you're right. So why don't we stay here first and get settled with the place since we practically fell asleep once we got here last night?" I said
"Sure why not." Charles said turning on the TV
We spent the whole day watching movies and eating junk food until I felt sleepy and went to my room and went to bed and later on Jeff also went to his room and went to bed after he turned off the TV and left Charles there snoring like a pig.
