Buffy- she likes fighting which could do you some good, her taste in fashion, boost of confidence that surges through you due to her kindness.

Wesley- he's a little older so he knows his way around, he knows you so well where he doesn't need you to say a word, you both teach each other things.

Doyle- his sense of humor, intuition, wisdom, he wears his heart on his sleeve and is unbothered by anyone else's opinion which gives you more confidence.

Angel- he has extremely good listening skills, trustworthy, generous in almost every way as well.

Willow- she is such a genius which teaches you a lot, the effort affection and respect she gives.

Xander- his humor brings serotonin, never lies about his feelings, you both rarely argue.
