Spike- As Spike was wearing the amulet the beam ended up hitting Xander as well, he didn't come back as a ghost though.

Buffy- Anya sacrificed herself like in the actual finale.

Angel- Survived.

Willow- One of the potentials died trying to protect the spell process.

Xander- Spike sacrificed himself using the amulet.
