"Bruh, I ain't got shit to say to you!" I said as I slammed the my limo door.

"What you wanna do? Huh?" Brandy's dad, Brent, said as he got out the limo.

Since Brandy and baby girl left, her dad has been picking on me all night. I'm done trying to be Mr. Cool Guy. He got one more time to say something to me. I might get down on that court, but I can get down on these hands if I need to.

For some reason, they lost the key to their hotel room, so they have to crash at the house. My side of the family went ahead and went back to their own homes. My mom wanted to keep Aleah for the night until the morning, so I was cool with it and let my baby spend time with her grandma.

Sean took Mya and Tall Mike by the store before they came back to the house.

"Man, kiss my black ass. All of it. The whole ass because you about this close to getting a beat down." I said as I searched in my coat pocket for the house keys.

"Everybody, please calm down. I'm sure everybody probably had them a little too much to drink in one night. Brent, please be—"

"Sheila, shut the hell up. Stay out of the men's business."

"He got to go! This his last damn strike! Wait until I find my damn keys." I said as I opened the door and rolled my eyes.

"Terry, how about you—"

"Terry, how did you open the door if you didn't unlock the door?" Jack said as he interrupted Brent as we walked in.

"Huh?" I asked confused as I looked at him.

"Sweetie, you unlocked the door without finding your keys." Mama Sheila said as she took her coat off.

"He's stupid."

"You know wha—"

"Shhh, I'm sure Brandy and the baby is sleeping." Mama Sheila said as she walked into the living room.

"Hm, Brandy always makes sure she locks the door." I said as I looked at the door and made sure it was locked.

"I think I'm going to the kitchen to get me a glass of water. You guys are starting to give me a headache." Mama Sheila said as she walked in the hallway towards the kitchen.

"I'm gonna go in for the night." Jack said yawning as he went to the one of the guest rooms downstairs.

"A'ight. I'm going to set this ala—"

"TERRRRRRY!" Mama Sheila screamed loudly that the whole state of California could hear her.

Brent and I looked at each other as we ran to the kitchen.

"Sheila, what the..." Brent started to say as his sentence trailed off, but we were stunned by what was in front of us.

"MY BABY GIRL! MY BABY!" Mama Sheila said screaming as she started to cry.

"Mama, what's—Oh my gosh! Mama!" Jack said as he ran to console his mom.

"Ba—Ba—Baby!" I said as I ran to Brandy.

I almost slipped in the pool of blood that seemed to be covering my kitchen floor as if I ordered red carpet.

I quickly ran to Brandy and laid her in my arms.
