Kiara Reynolds

We landed in Philadelphia 30 minutes ago. Considering we got married at around 8:30 am in the morning and we boarded Daniel's private jet at around 10, it's 11:30 pm here. To say we're all exhausted would be an understatement.

Even thought I slept for some time on the flight, it was really uncomfortable in the lehenga. My dumb ass forgot to pack casual clothes to change on the flight. Although, I blame Daniel for it. If he had given me a heads up about the private jet, I would've surely packed some comfortable, causal clothes.

Right now, we're in a car and we're headed towards Daniel's mansion which is situated in a posh, peaceful area of the city. I and Daniel took one car while Shiela Aunty, Savannah and Jack took another. Neither of us said a thing mostly because I was busy gawking the night life of the city.

As we entered the locality, I noticed the houses and they were beautiful to say the least. They weren't even houses, they were Mansions. Each built differently yet they added to the beauty of others that stood there. We pulled up to a house which made my jaw drop. It was breathtaking to say the least.

I and Daniel got out of the car and went towards the house. We stood outside it and waited for others.

"It's quite late right now so we'll head to our houses now but Kiara if you need anything or if this devil troubles you then call me immediately." Shiela Aunty said gesturing towards Daniel who was standing beside me with an 'are-you-kidding-me?' look. I chuckled a bit at his expression.

"Wait, Shiela Aunty. You don't live here?" I asked in confusion. Savannah is married so she doesn't live here but what about Aunty?

"Kiara, firstly, drop the 'aunty' now. Back in India, you called your mother 'maa' right?" She asked and I nodded my head.

"Start calling me that." She commanded and I nodded again with a smile across my lips.

"And secondly, I have my own flat downtown. I like living alone." Maa explained and I nodded my head.

"Come on, now. Let's give them some privacy, it's their wedding night." Jack said and a deep blush coated my cheeks. I looked down avoiding their eyes.

"Look at her. Our blushing bride." Savannah teased with a chuckle and everyone laughed including Daniel. Maa was right. He is a devil.

"Bye." They waved and I waved them back with a shy smile.

"Kia, let's go?" He asked and I nodded my head still avoiding his eyes.

He scanned his finger print in the biometric lock and opened the door to the house. I stepped in and was in awe. Everything was so beautiful and luxurious. The living room was huge and so was the kitchen.

"Wow, what is this place?" I whispered to myself.

"Your home, Coraźon." He whispered in my ears and before I know it, he picked me up bridal style. Subconsciously, my hands wrapped around his neck in order to support myself. He continued carrying me as he started climbing the stairs.

"What're you doing?" I asked in a small tone.

"Traditions, baby." My cheeks started heating up again hearing him call me that. His face was too close to me. I could see every little detail of his prefect face. The ocean blue eyes, the sharp straight nose, the sharp jawline and his pink lips. They looked so soft and- Stop it, Kiara! I mentally scolded myself.
