Selo sighed and sat in her seat back in the stands, watching her fellow female classmates get humiliated due to Kaminari and Mineta's... desires. Selo made a mental note to never trust Mineta. Kaminari, she could trust eventually. Possibly.

The first match began between Midoriya and a purple haired kid she's never seen before. From what she heard from the announcement Present Mic made, his name was Hitoshi Shinso. He looked like an odd character, with bags under his violet eyes. Soon enough Midoriya went in for a hit but soon froze in place. Selo's eyes widened a bit. What is he doing? Or is it Shinso's quirk? Everyone behind Selo was freaking out, saying things like "Why is Midoriya standing there!?" And "Why isn't he moving?" There was a moment of silence before Midoriya started to head out of bounds. Selo's eyes widened slightly, but her stone expression remained unchanged. He's easily manipulated and weak minded. Of course he'd lose. Selo was about to leave the stands when a strong gust of wind blew past her. She snapped her head around and saw Midoriya with a few broken fingers, facing Shinso. Selo sighed in what felt like relief and continued her way back to the locker rooms. She wanted to congratulate Midoriya on his win after all. If she was lucky, she'd meet Shinso too.

She wandered the halls, unable to actually read any of the signs, looking for the locker rooms. Eventually, she just gave up and went to turn around before she bumped into a tall man. She looked up at him, realizing his entire costume was on fire, even his facial hair.
"Sorry." Selo apologized quickly before trying to continue on her way, but the man put a hand on her shoulder.
"How dare you bump into me. Don't you know who I am?" He seethed. Selo looked into his eyes. They were full of hate, agony, and judgement.
"No. Let go." She pulled away and quickly got out of there. His quirk. It was very familiar. It reminded her of Todoroki's quirk. Was he Todoroki's father? I'll ask him later. Selo slowed her pace. She let out a sigh she didn't even know she was holding. She wasn't scared. She wasn't intimidated. She just didn't want to talk to a stranger. Continuing down the hallway, she came across the medical ward.
"Tako? What are you doing here?" Midoriya asked her.
"You okay?"
"Yes, I'm alright. Just a bit tired."
"Good. I... don't want you getting... hurt. Badly." Selo stares into his eyes. They didn't make her feel anything inside.

3rd Person POV, Midoriya
He stared into her eyes. It made him feel all sorts of ways. Nervous, giddy, lost... he couldn't pinpoint what he felt. But back to the issue at hand. She was concerned? For him? Truly? Why wouldn't she be? She's his friend. He smiled softly, not breaking eye contact with Selo's golden orbs.
"I'll be alright Tako. No need to be concerned for me." He reassured her. Selo nodded. It was short lived, but he appreciated every second Selo was there. There with him.
"You're like... comrade. Little brother? Yes, little brother." Midoriya listened to her words intently. But he couldn't help but feel a twinge if sadness. Brother? She saw him as family? He appreciated the thought, but he didn't want to be family. What did he want? What did he desire?

1st Person POV, Selo
I eventually got up and left the room. It was a bit strange, since Midoriya kept staring. Was it an intimidation strategy? That's why I stared back. He wouldn't be able to intimidate me that easily. I continued my way down the halls, entering the preparation room. I held my octobrush in my hands, cleaning off some ink that was on it from the past battle. My weapons are my most valuable possessions, each one is basically a memory for me. My octoshot was with me through it all, and my octobrush was my dream weapon. I put the brush back into the locker and chose my octoshot instead. It was nostalgic to say the least, to win yet another battle with it. I remember hating it during my training. I only knew it, and I hated it. I wanted to be special instead of falling into place. But I soon learned, taking my place as another soldier. I should really get out onto the field. The battle will end quickly anyways.

3rd Person POV, Selo
Selo walked out onto the field, staring Aoyama down from across the stage. She almost made him run off the stage in fear. Dodge and attack. I don't need attention drawn to me. Selo thought to herself as the battle began. Aoyama immediately went on the offense, firing bright beams of light. Selo Shot forward and swam through her ink. Aoyama already felt sick to his stomach. Selo took the opportunity to pop up right in front of him and kick him in the face, knocking him out. No mercy. There is no mercy in combat. Selo thought as she was declared the victor. It was an easy win. No effort was needed. Selo walked off the field. She didn't need to stay any longer. No time can be wasted in war, after all.
"Selo! Selo! Over here!" Selo looked over and saw 4 calling to her. Selo walked over to 4, wondering what they might've wanted. "That fight was amazing! Did you learn to fight like that in the army?" Selo replied with a nod. She was raised in combat. It was only natural she used her skills here.

1st Person POV, Agent 4
I'm not one to compliment others genuinely. But Selo piqued my interest. One day, I want to see them on the ground, begging for mercy. She's the perfect sparring partner, after all. We know our strengths and weaknesses. I want to know the things that make her tick. The things that make her cry out in agony.
"Four. Come on." She said to me. I nodded and followed her. I will find out EVERYTHING there is to know. She'll never escape my grasp.
