Hogwarts Romeo and Juliet (Draco x Reader

Winter Break

"Ok I'll send a letter to my parents and let them know I will be spending the break with you." I smile and he smirks. "Ok then my cousin might visit for a few days and my family might be there when we arrive but they'll basically be in and out of the house." I know it sounds weird but I really wanted to meet Draco's' family. I know that most people would shudder at the thought of meet Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy, however I wasn't most people. "I better head to bed big day tomorrow." I smile tiredly at him. "Yea tomorrow is our last day of classes before we leave for break and Snape is probably gonna go extra hard on us." We laugh a little and then say goodnight and head to our rooms. I went to bed but didn't get much sleep thinking about spending a whole break with Draco, the though excited me. I wake up to see Junebug at the head of my bed with a letter. I grab the letter to see what remains inside and as I had thought it was a letter from my parents saying I hope I have fun at my friends house. I may or may not have forgotten to include that this friend of mine one was a boy, and two that I liked him. I looked at the clock and it read 5:48 am so I decided to take the time to get ready.

You decide to put on the muggle clothes you had before arriving at Hogwarts and sure enough they still fit. You looked back at the clock and saw it was almost time for breakfast so you decided to head down to the common room and see if Draco was up yet. He wasn't and you still had a good twenty minutes until breakfast started so you pulled out your book and started to read by the window (your usual spot). You read about ten pages until somebody from behind you covers your eyes. You could recognize his smell anywhere. "Hello Draco." You smile because you could tell his frustration that you always know who it is. "How do you do it? How do you know it's me every time? One day I'm going to get you." He laughs a little. You smile even more at his laugh because whenever he is happy it automatically makes you happy. "Are we heading to breakfast I'm starving!!". "Yes we can go right now jeez, you eat as much as Weasel." you give him a look because you know he's talking about Ron. "Try to be nice at least for me. They're all afraid of you because every time youre around the you act like you bite." he smirks and I realized what I had said and what he was going to say next. "Well that's the thing luv I do." He smiles playfully and takes a bite of air and barks a bit. I start laughing and we head down to breakfast. As we pass the Gryffindor table I nudge his arm and he smiles at Hermione, Ron and my brother which I was grateful that although they didn't like each other they didn't physically fight after that one time. We ate pretty quick headed to the common room and grabbed our books and headed to class. Th day seemed like to drag on forever until we were at our last Period, Potions. The last time something interesting happened in this class it ended up with my brother and bestfriend getting into a fist fight. Snape steps up to the front of the class and begins to speak. "Today we are doing a new potion which is a very interesting one I'm sure you have all heard of Veritaserum Potion, today we will be brewing it and testing our partners both of you will drink only a bit enough to last the class. You will have a set of questions so act maturely and respect the privileges of brewing this." Every sits up in there seat excited to brew a new potion. I look at Draco dead in teh eyes and say "I swear to God Draco you ask a question outside of the book and I will kill you." he smirks "Well then I'll just have to learn how to brew Obliviate so you'll forget you want to kill me." his smirk turns into a mischievous smile. We start brewing and like always we finish first. We call Snape over to check the potion and gives us enough to drink to last the class takes the rest of the potion and dumps it out so nobody sneaks any. Draco and I both down in together and start to ask the questions on the list. after a few minutes Draco stopped and said, "Y/n why do we have to follow the list we know everything about each other, lets ask actual questions." when he pleaded I gave in and we started to ask our own questions. They started out funny like when did you pick your nose last. They then got more serious questions when Draco asks me, "Do you like me?". Oh no oh no no no! I can't lie with the potion what am I going to say? Of course, I do like him and I will tell him that I just won't tell him I love him. "Of course I like you you're my bestfriend." I smile at him hoping he would let off the subject. He did and after a few minutes class ended. We headed to the rooms and pack. I meet Draco in the common room and we start to head out to the train to leave. We find an empty compartment and it was just me and him. Crabbe and Goyle weren't in our compartment we actually didn't see them at all which I didn't mind I didn't want them coming with us and having other people there. I wanted Draco all to myself for the break. For most of the way we were in silence. Draco told me he was going to get Crabbe and Goyle to join us which after the silence I was ok with. He was gone for quite a bit of time and I fell asleep. I wake up to Draco shaking me telling me we were at the train station. I looked around to immediately realize that during the time I was sleeping I was laying on Draco's lap! Although I have done it numerous times the certain spot I was laying on I have never done. My face turned pink and I looked away. I fixed my hair and headed out onto the platform with him. I immediately see his parents and feel the need to straighten my clothes. He whispers in my ear, "Relax Y/n you look great!" your face goes a bit pink again but you start to head to his parents. "Mother, Father this is the friend I told you about. You said she could stay with us." Lucius' facial expression doesn't change but Narcissa smiles warmly and says, "Draco told us he had a friend who was going to stay with us but he forgot to mention how gorgeous his friend is." she looks at Draco and gives him a wink. Your face turns pink and you thank her. "I see where Draco got his looks." I smile back at her warmly. This time Draco's' face goes a little pink and he looks at the ground and smirks. Lucius says nothing to me or Draco so we continue to walk with them until we are apparated home.
