We walked outside and over to the lake. We sat down by the tree and looked over at the smooth water. I rested my head against the tree. Fred grabbed my jumper from my lap and put it on. I raised an eyebrow at him and asked if he was cold. He nodded.
I opened my arms and he cuddled against me, wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his head on my chest. I stroked his hair and his grip on me tightened. I heard George grumble and I looked over at him. I opened my arms and his eyes lit up.
He laid his head on my lap and laid on his side. I continued stroking Fred's hair and then used my other hand to run my fingers across his side. Soon Fred fell asleep and after a while, so did George.
We sat like this for a while until the sky got darker and the air got colder. George stood up first and dusted himself off. Fred then let go of my waist and then looked at me.
A faint blush spread across his face as he started brushing my top on my chest area. "I dribbled a little, sorry." I smiled at him.
I waved him off, it's not like I hadn't had the children dribble on me. He stopped brushing my top and then said that he got most of it off. I laughed at him and he blushed harder.
"So, are you going to help me up or are you just going to stand there blushing?" I asked him. He walked over to me and held out his hand, I grabbed it and he pulled me up. This time I didn't fall onto him. He wrapped a hand around my waist and George held my hand in the other side.
We walked that way to the great hall and then sat down at the Gryffindor table. I was in the middle of the twins and they both were trying to hold my hand. Not liking the attention and not wanting to get in between them, I placed my hands on the table top.
The door opened and Lucy walked in holding hands with Professor Snape. I watched them as they laughed together. I quickly got my camera from Fred and took a few photos of them while they weren't looking. I gave Fred back my camera just as Snape walked over to our table.
"I had many enlightened conversations with Lucy. I wouldn't mind if it happened again some time." Snape said as Lucy hugged him. He patted her head and then walked over to the teacher's table. Lucy ran up to me and hugged me. I laughed and hugged her back.
She then climbed onto my lap and started to play with my hair. I patted her hair and asked her what she wanted for dinner. She looked across at the table where food had now appeared. She grabbed a few things and placed them on a plate before eating them.
I looked at all of the things on the table and frowned when I didn't see a fruit bowl. I looked at the other tables and saw that they had one. I looked at Fred and then pointed to a red apple on the Hufflepuff table. He looked at it and then at me. He sighed before going over to their table. He came back and handed me it before sitting next to me again.
I ate the apple and placed the core on one side. I then picked up a bowl of porridge and poured sugar and honey in it before eating it. I only managed to eat just before halfway before placing the bowl on the table again.
Fred instantly picked it up and started eating it. I looked at him and laughed. His cheeks were full to bursting and he had some porridge on his chin. I quickly reached into his pocket and pulled out my camera. I took a few pictures of him and then turned to where George had ice cream all over his face. I took a few pictures of him as well.
Hermione walked in and grabbed a sandwich before saying she was going to the library. I waved at her and she walked out of the doors as Harry and Ron walked in. They sat opposite us and started piling food on their plates. I laughed and took some photos of them. Lucy finished eating and told me she needed a toilet. I put down my camera on the table and then stood up, making sure that Lucy wouldn't fall off my lap.
