Chapter 2: Just want to see you

"Eomma~~ I auditioned" I told her as I reached our house

"Oh really?... how did it go??" She welcomed me and brought me to the dining table

"It went good...." I spaced out because I was thinking about what happened in the company a while ago

"Did you saw him?" She suddenly asked

I just nod and in a snap of a finger my mood suddenly changed

"He was doing well eomma~ he gained a lot of friends that he treats like a family and not to mention Sunoo... he was also there" I shared

"Sunoo? Ohh~~ I don't know why but I still like him for you though" she said and placing the food she prepared on the table

"I just hope that I will be accepted... Eomma~ pray for me okay?" I told her with a smile and she smiled back

"Ofcourse I will pray for your success but do you really don't want to pursue being a ballerina?" She again asked me

"I want to experience something new... I just hope I am on the right track" I told her and both of us started eating

"Eomma!!!!!!" I keep on shouting as I read the message and almost stumbled down the stairs because of excitement "eomma! I passed!! I passed the first test!!!" I rejoiced and she just embraced me

We were preparing to leave the house and celebrate but the door bell rang

"You have a guest Eomma... but do you have friends??" I teased her and all she did was to smack my shoulder saying that she raised me wrong

"I will get that" she said.. when she took a peek in the door she suddenly just stood there and look back at me sadly "do you want to hide or just appear in front of him?" She suddenly asked

By just those words, I realised that it was Sunghoon... I quickly find a spot to hide

"Hi.. Sunghoon? What are you doing here? Isn't it that artists are quite busy because of their schedule and not to mention that you always have a paparazzi behind you" My mom told her

"That's my problem eommonie~ Won't you even invite me in eommoni? If I stand here, a group of paparazzi will be swirming all around your house for days" he said

"Ohh.. I am sorry... I almost forgot. SUNGHOON~ Come in" she announced me and I quickly went upstairs after receiving her signal

"Your house is quite lovely today eommoni" Sunghoon said

"Why did you ask that?? My house is always lovely" she said as the both of them laughed

"Years ago after Jayviee left... your house is never did look this lovely, you sometimes forgot to clean and just lock yourself up in your room and now you are sooooo lively with colorful clothes, and also not to mention your beautiful flower garden outside, they almost died back then luckily you have me to take care of them an---" she stopped him

She really suffered a lot when I am gone, both of them. It hurts my feelings just listening to him.

"Why are you here Sunghoon?" My mom asked

"I just want to check on you..... And..... and also want to ask if there is another update about Jayviee. I think I am going crazy now a days" Sunghoon said

"You're going crazy?? About what?" My mother asked

"I think I am seeing her on the streets and even in my workplace... or am I just longing for her??" He said

"Jayviee... is doing fine. Do you want to see the video she sent me this week?" My mother said and I heard it playing downstairs

"Eomma~~ Annyeonghasaeyo~ I am Lee Jayviee ibnida, my mothers one and only furball.. hahaha just joking. Eomma~ I am going fine please don't worry.." it continued playing until he received a call

"I am sorry eommoni.. I am getting summoned at the company. I need to go... eat well" he said and I waited until the door was closed and count 1-10

"Did you really had a hard time when I am gone mom?" I told her and I feel ashamed of myself

"Aigooo~~ let us not talk about that. Everything is okay with me, but he was the one who suffered a lot more than me" she said

"He rarely eats and never speak to people. He lock himself to his room for a long time, there was a time I let him sleep here at our house, he only gets out when he wants to visit me and every year we eat together on the day you departed" she said

"Are you really telling the truth mom?" I asked her "Just a thought of it... my trip abroad had a good outcome to where he is standing today, it made him a celebrity" I just pushed my lips to smile

"Are you sure that he is happy?" She questioned me

"Eomma~~ Let's just go and have some fun... I don't want to think about it" I told her as I lend my arm for her to take a grip on

We went to beautiful sceneries and outstanding restaurants for today

"Eomma... can I just take a quick visit in school? I missed some of my classmates and not to mention my instructor" I pleaded and she quickly agrees

She waited for me in the coffee shop near our school and I wear my mask and a cap to make people not to recognise me because I want to surprise them

When I walk towards the front gate, I saw Sunghoon standing just 10 steps away from mine.

My heartbeat went crazy and my hands were shaking. I also stood here looking at him in the eyes.

Please don't recognise me... I am just not ready to face you because I am ashamed of what I did to you years ago
