As I went passed the bathroom I heard noise coming from my mother's room.

Wait...

Was that man still here, mother did say he was going to stay with us.

Are there, no it can't be.

Then suddenly everything was quiet until I heard a painful scream. I walked to my mother's room door and placed my hands on the door.

I tried to hear what the man was saying but I couldn't hear him properly.

I should open the door right.

What if the same things happen to her again but she might get anger again if she sees me.

I held in my breathe and placed my hand on the door knob but then I heard some weird noises.

They didn't sound holly.

From there I went to sleep and tried to forget what I just heard.

" Nick." I said for the fifth time.

Nick turned around and gave me a confused look.

" I think we should get back to the others." I said

" Don't worry about them it's just going to be a practice game and I want you to be there." He said

I blushed.

Why does he only want me to be there?

" What about the others?" I asked

" What do you mean?" He asked back

" I mean why don't you invite them to watch your game too?" I asked

He stayed quiet for awhile.

" Oh look we are here." He said

I looked around the basketball court. It was big.

There seem to be more girls than boys watching the game.

" Keep this safe." Nick said while giving me his jacket.

" Okay." I said" I hope your team wins."

He smiled at me before saying" Don't worry it's just a practice match."

The game went on for hours and I couldn't help myself but to observe everyone. The girls next to me where whispering about something but the only words I could hear was Woods and can't wait.

All of a sudden a girl screamed out" THERE ARE HERE!"

I looked around and saw a group of boys walking into the basketball court.

One of them looked familiar.

I think I have seen him somewhere...I remember, I bumped into him.

I hope he doesn't notice me.

Thinking about it, why did the girl scream out they name.

" Do you think they would notice me?" A girl in front of me asked her friend

Why do these girls want to be involved with them so badly 😌.

" JOSIE!" I heard my name been called out

I turned to the voice and saw Nick.

He gestured for me to come to him.

Once I made it there he told me to hold his hand.

" Why?" I asked

" I will tell you later." He said

I frowned my eyebrows.

" Oh isn't it Nick." A voice said

I looked up and saw the guys from earlier.

" Who is this you got there?" A shorter guy asked

" Don't tell me you rejected our sister for this." One of the guys said

I'm starting to think I shouldn't have agreed for this.

" Yeah, this is my girlfriend." Nick said which caused me to stutter.

" I think I have seen her." Luca said

I looked down and hoped that he didn't remember of that incident.

" Oh it's that little bitch who stopped me from punching that guy." A blond hair boy said

I think I remember him.

I held Nick's hand tight, I felt scared.

I looked back up to see all of them staring at me as if I have stolen something important from them.
