Cherry pov

"Has anyone seen Josephine?" I asked everyone

"No." Nicky answered"she's probably skipping school with Sunwoo or something."

"That can't be. I just saw Sunwoo walking to the basketball court." I said

"Maybe you should go ask him and I can't come with you because of my stupid brother." Nicky said with annoyance"now I have to go to dinner with him."

"The one with the Woods?"I asked

She nodded her head before sighing.

"Anyways good luck."I said before leaving to get some answers from Sunwoo

Josephine's pov

I thought everything was a dream until I woke up.

Sadly it wasn't.

"Oh you up." Veronica said as she came out of the bathroom in my room"I didn't want to wake you up so I placed some shampoo and other necessary stuff for you in the toilet. Take a shower and come downstairs,we will be going somewhere." And after that she left, leaving me stunned.

I stood up and yawned before turning on my phone which I barely used but I have to now because I'm expecting Sunwoo to text or even call.

I sighed when I saw no text from him.

Why isn't he sending me a message?

Didn't he say that he was going to send me a text.

I turned off my phone and headed to the bathroom to get ready. Once I was done I wore my clothes for the day.

"Where's your bag?" She asked and I frowned my eyebrows in confusion"I mean your school bag."

"Wait,I'm going to school?" I asked

"Yes and you will still be going to your old one." She said

"But isn't far away from here?" I asked

"Don't worry, I told on of my cousins to fetch you from school and stay at there place until I come." I said

"Oh, okay." I said

I wonder what Nikita will think when she finds out I'm part of her family now but I don't really consider myself as part of their family.

Veronica had dropped me off and I couldn't wait to see everyone and tell them the news.

I walked to the cafeteria with a smile on my facing knowing everyone was going to be there.

But to my surprise no one was there which made me drop my smile.

Where could they had gone off to?

Maybe I can find Sunwoo at the basketball court.

I walked but more like ran to the the basketball court. Once I was there I saw a group of guys hanging around and to my disappointment I saw Nick.

I sighed before turning around to leave the basketball court but I bumped into someone's chest.

"I'm so-"I stopped talking when I looked up and saw the person I was looking for

"Josephine." He said surprised

He hugged me and leaned in to kiss me but I looked away.

"Why didn't you text?" I asked

"I-"

" Look who we have here." A familiar voice said while interrupting him

We both turned to the voice and Sunwoo sighed.

"Can't you see we are busy." He said with irritation laced in his tone

"I came to talk seeing that your girlfriend showed up after you had a break down about her leaving." He said while smirking

Sunwoo formed his hand into a fist and I placed mine onto his. He looked at me and I shook my head.

"Nice to see that some girl can control you." He said

I squeezed his hand and smiled at him.

"Just ignore him." I said softly"Nick isn't worth your time."

Nick scoffed before leaving.

"See,you can solve situations like these without violence." I said

He smiled at me before he cherished my cheeks with his thumb.

"Only if we were older." He said"the things I would do to you."

"What do you mean?" I asked

He shook his head and smiled.

"Come on let me drop you off before my class starts." He said

"Okay." I said"but you still have to answer my question that I asked before."

I was happy to see that Letho returned. I thought she wouldn't be coming here anymore.

I sat next to her and we greeted each other.

"I heard a lot of news." She said"I can't believe he did that to you."

"Im fine right now." I said

She wiggled her eyebrows and I had no idea how she had done that.

"Is it because of Sunwoo?" She asked

"I see, Cherry told you everything." I said

She nodded her head and said" What about Joyce. I heard he has feelings for you and you once did too. Do you still like him?"

Once she asked me if I still like him, I knew my feelings were gone for him but there was a little left.

" I heard he joined the football team and now he hangs out with the cheerleaders." She said

How? I didn't know this.

"Oh,I didn't know." I said

"Figures, I knew you don't like gossip that much." She said"but at least stay up to date."

"I will try." I said"but I will still get my information from Cherry."

She chuckled before saying" I do to,that girl knows too much gossip. I wouldn't want to be her enemy."

I hummed in response as I nodded my head.

At lunch time Cherry hugged me leaving me dumbfounded.

" I thought you left." She said

"I thought I did to but I didn't." I said

She broke the hug and sat down.

"We heard what happened." Nicky said"I'm sorry we weren't there for you."

"I was there." Sunwoo mumbled next to me which I heard and I chuckled
