- YOUR POV: it's been 2 days since nishinoya and tanaka came. you and kenma texted, but you only gave short replies. not because you wanted to be petty, but because you've been staying up late binging shows which means you have no energy to keep a conversation going.
you were sitting on your bed, mindlessly scrolling through your phone until you heard a knock on your door.
"sweetie? can i come in?" you heard your dad asked.
"oh, sure."
your dad walked in and sat on your gaming chair, "so, as you know i'm a nurse and my boss asked me to go to tokyo for two days to get the specific medicine. he said he would be paying for our stay at a fancy hotel. and he would also pay for our food. so, start packing your bags!"
"that sounds fun and all, but, why do i have to go? why can't i just stay here, like before?" you asked.
"because, it would be a fun experience! you can bring nishinoya and tanaka along. if you want to of course!" he laughed nervously.
"hm...alright. i'll ask them!" you said going onto your phone.
"thanks sweetie, i love you!" your dad said standing up, "and dinner's downstairs, make sure to serve yourself! also, we leave tomorrow in the morning at 5 am!" he left the room, closing the door behind him.
"alright dad, i love you too!"
