MISSED FACETIME

YOUR POV;
"kenma do have your tie!!??" you yelled from upstairs your shared bedroom of five years. currently, you were helping kenma get ready for a meeting he had for his company. he was running a little late-- as per usual. but, he always played it off as no big deal because he was the "big deal" around there.

"oh shit..." kenma said as he looked down at his suit. he was half way out the door the you had yelled that to him. "no, sorry! do you mind bringing it down and helping me with it?" ask asked.

you quickly found his matching tie, ran downstairs in your mismatched pajamas and made your way towards kenma. you were now standing a few inches away from him, helping him with his tie.

his eyes flicked down towards your ring finger, a shiny object that fitted ever so perfectly around your finger as if it was specially designed for you and you alone.

"this never gets old..." kenma whispers gently, his hands roaming around the crevices of your body.

"what never gets old?" you asked, still intently focusing on trying to tie his tie around his neck.

"us, married for four years, living together, as husband and wife, always being able to wake up next to you. and so on of course," he said leaning down to kiss you.

you finished tying his tie around his neck and quickly patted down his suit, "well i'd hope it never gets old."

"never," kenma said pulling you close to him and kissing you passionately before letting you go. "ill be back by seven, maybe five if I can slip out of work."

you rolled your eyes at him, "finish your work, kenma. and I'll be back around seven, maybe seven-thirty." you said giving him a kiss on the cheek then patting his shoulder. "ok, go to work! I have to head to work soon as well, see you later, love."

he let go, fixing himself a bit and walked out the door, "bye, y/n! miss you already!"

"you're so corny..." you said closing the door behind him. you sigh, now having to get ready for work yourself.

that's how its been-- you and kenma, for the past four years. this was the life you wanted, the routine you're glad to be accustomed to. kenma, he's the most perfect husband you could have ever asked for. yeah, you're relationship wasn't perfect, but now it is. will there be hardships? yes, of course. is the future still undecided? obviously, everyones is. but one things for sure, you and kenma are and always will be, each others person.
