Relief their emotion:-
She need the opponent to think of the wonderful things they had, then they had to focus. Her hand will glow in light colors.
Light red: emotions still haven't cured, mostly feeling their emotions
Light yellow: halfway cured
Light green: emotions are cured

Dark red: they are too emotional and they need to talk to their friends or family who can trust, or worst. This color is a warning.
Blood red: they need emotional support and a therapy
Darkest red, almost black: they mostly are villains. Example: Tomura Shigaraki
Detect their emotions:-
Eyes glow in colors when she detects their emotions. Similar to the relief of their emotions, but more colors.
Red: angry, rage (her original eyes is like Kirishima's red, but brighter)
Dark red: crazy (aka Toga)
Light red: calm
Green: disgusts
Dark green: dislike
Yellow: happy
Dark Yellow: scared
Orange: confusion
Dark orange: nervous
Purple: romance, love
Light purple: interest in anyone or her
Blue: sadness
Dark blue: bored
Pink: sexual desire
Gold: heart break
Grey: anxiety or depression
Black: horror, or dead inside
How to turn their emotions into nightmare:-
She mostly didn't use this to people, except fighting to her opponents. She will detect their emotions, and turn those emotions into they don't like it. She hasn't focused on that one, so she won't train that to her friends.
