First Love, Last [Slow Update]

Time fly fast. Enrollment na.

Kani-kanina lang ay nakachat ko ang paborito kong vlogger tungkol sa enrollment.

Namamawis at nanlalamig ako sa kaba. Noong huli ko kasi silang nakita at nakausap ay bigla pa talaga akong nawala sa mood at iniwan silang nagtataka.

Even through text I can feel Desiree's urge to ask about what happen. 

Sabay kaming mag-eenroll ngayon, hindi kasama yung abnoy na iyon ngayon dahil may klase. Totoo nga ang engineering ng MSU ay walang break, ma-christmas man o summer. May mga summer classes kasi sila at may kinocomply parati.

Ngayon ay nakaitim ako na leggings at isang off shoulders tsaka puting sapatos para mas kumportable akong gumalaw. 

I don't really know what it's like to enroll, I grew up just shopping for my necessities and attend school. But right now obviously I can't do that or... I'm not comfortable asking requests to them anymore.

I clutched my shoulder bag stepped inside the lift and clicked down. 

Nakasalubong ko sina Mama at Papa na parehong gulat nang makita ako. "Sa'n ka pupunta?" Mama asked.

"Enroll m-ma.." I even got a hard time calling her ma. I rolled my eyes deep inside, oa ko naman bwiset!

"No!" Agarang protesta ni Mama. "Papunta kami ng Papa mo roon ngayon!"

"No need Ma. 'Di ba you have work?" I stepped out of the lift and walked straight to our dining room and took some leftover toasts from our breakfast.

Nararamdaman ko ang titig ni papa sa akin na para bang 'di mapakali. "I-if you're still thinking about you being--"

"Eugene!" Pabulong na sigaw ni Mama para suwayin siya.

I tried to act as comfy as I can while still eating the toast. "No Pa it's not about that," I faced them. "I just want to be-- y'know... independent...?" Napabuntong hininga si Papa. "Tsaka may kaibigan rin naman akong kasama so..."

And on time narinig ko ang pagbusina sa labas. 

"Ma'am may naghihintay po sa inyo sa labas." Anunsyo ng isa sa mga katulong namin.

"Okay!" I replied before facing my parents. "My friend is here Ma, Pa." Lumapit ako sa kanila para magmano at humalik sa kanilang mga pisngi.

"Here baon." Inilabas ni Papa ang kaniyang wallet. I smiled and accepted it.

I think they'd be upset if I won't accept it. 

Sai (Desiree's nickname) was in all smiles when I entered.

"You feeling okay now?" She asked sweetly.

"Yeah." I smiled back while buckling up.

"Spencer told me not to ask you but... what happened?" She said the last part on a small voice.

I smiled at her. Madaldal nga siya. "May naalala lang ako."

"What?" Usisa niya pa, kahit hindi siya nakatingin dahil nagmamaneho. "Okay you won't tell." She pouted. 

"'Teka we'll vlog ha?"

"Oh my god!" I yelled in excitement. I'll be in her vlog! I'llbe exposed to her 2 million fans!

"Hey y'all! It's Desiree, and today we'll enroll for college. Kasama ko yung girlfriend ni kuya..." She signaled for me to greet.

"Hindi ko boyfriend yung kuya mo." I whispered.
