Damon comes up to me.

"Want me to translate mom?" I nod while repositioning myself.

Damon shifts back and looks at Aro with the respect he deserves.

"I'm Damon her son, I'll be translating since my mother can't shift back" Aro bows a little then finds some place to sit.

"Over a year ago before Damon was born we encountered 3 nomad vampires one male was responsible for sneaking in 4 rouge male lions into our pride when we were living in Africa, he died after trying to kill Bella, then when Damon and his sister Lydia where only a month old Victoria snuck into our territory but she posed no threat to us, she wanted to kill Edward an eye for an eye she called it, after she explained her story we helped her with her bloodlust she was having issues controlling it, then I had to race back home since I smelt the Cullens on my land." I take a breather while Damon tells Aro.

Aro looks at me and urges me to continue.

"When I arrived home two of the Cullens where rampaging through our house looking for Victoria, one of my sisters was looking after Damon and Lydia so I could hunt, she was terrified, my husband arrived with a few other pack members and after my daughter Dalia and myself had one of them pinned I heard something from inside the house, I ran to see what had happened and their was little Lydia, lying motionless dead on the ground, the two females ran off after that, I had already lost 4 cubs before her then Lydia died, Damon was my survivor, after that Victoria watched over Damon with her life, ever since the Cullens first spotted the 3 nomads over a year ago they had no idea that she was with us" Damon growls when he hears about Lydia, he blamed the Cullens everyday for that.

He translates and I see Aro show me a look of sympathy.

Damon stands in front of me in a protective manner.

"I'm sorry but only one vampire in the cave at a time, mom doesn't need the stress" I look at see 2 other vampires, they must be the remaining of the Volturi.

"Stand down, I'm fine head back to Volterra" I see that Jake has snuck in the cave with Aro.

I slash my claw at him and growl lowly.

"I told you she wasn't going to like you in here" Damon says with a laugh.

Jake exits the cave and watches from the entrance.

"Thank you for telling me why, my deepest condolences for your losses Akina, no one should have to suffer that much" I bow to him as he exits the cave.

"I hate to tell you, Bella escaped but the child and the remaining of the Cullens are gone, if it's alright with you can I leave a few of my best guards here to protect you all, they don't sleep so you'll be protected round the clock" what about them feeding.

"We can show them how we hunt Akina, don't worry about that" Peter says from the cave entrance.
I nod.

Aro left the twins Jane and Alec along with Demitri.

Demitri can track anything, once he has your scent your not safe, Jane can inflict pain on whoever she wants and Alec can blind people of their most important senses like sight, smell, touch, hearing and taste.

They have agreed to work with Victoria, Jasper, Peter and Char to protect the pride/pack.

A month later and my mood swings are out full force, the only females I tolerate near me are Sara and my daughters, no males can come near me otherwise I go mental.
