The rangers had just finished their morning training session with mentor and they were tired. After just receiving the news that they had to prepare to go to battle 3 months ago and having only had 4 nylock attacks during that time they weren't used to the contestant training.
Jayden hurried into the shower to watch all his sweat off as Mia and Emily went into their room while Mike and Kevin stayed in the kitchen to grab a drink before they could go have their showers.
" who's going in first dude?" Mike asked, as him and Kevin shared a room and a private bathroom as did the girls there was only one shower per bathroom they were going to need to take turns.
" you go, it will give me another half an hour training time," Kevin said as he took a big mouthful of water before closing the lid on the bottle.
Mike looked at him and sighed, he didn't know whether to laugh or cry, they had just had a 4 hour morning training lesson and they have another 3 hour one scheduled for tonight. He understood that Kevin was worried for his life during battle as was the rest of the rangers but Mike thought he was over doing it a bit, their scheduled training was enough.
" your not tired yet?"

" of course I'm tired, but I'm a dedicated samurai Mike, I'm surprised your not doing the same," Kevin said as he grabbed his towel and water bottle and walked outside to the dojo.
Mike signed as he went for his shower.
Meanwhile Mia was patiently waiting for Emily to finish her shower while reading a magazine. Her and Emily had a special sisterly bond that no one could take away. Although they had only known each other for 3 months, Emily looked up to Mia as a big sister as Mia felt very protective over her. Emily was 19 years old and Mia was 22 and as they were the only girls in the house, she wanted Emily to be able to trust her with anything. She pitied her, having to give her life away at 19 to fight and protect the nation.
Eventually the yellow ranger had finished her shower and sat on the bed and combed her hair.
" how are you feeling?" Mia asked Emily as Emily smiled back and nodded.
" getting stronger by the day.... but I'm still tired," Emily sighed, dreading training tonight. She knew she had to do it, she just wasn't used to the constant training life style yet.
" we all are Em," Mia smiled as she looked over to her little sister and seen she looked a bit upset. She walked up to the young ones bed and sat down beside her.
"It's normal to feel a bit overwhelmed, if you need to get anything off your chest Emy I'm always going to be here," Mia smiled as Emily turned towards her and have her a massive hug as she whispered thank you as Mia squeezed her.
" right I need to go for my shower, you don't need back in the bathroom do you?" Mia asked as Emily shook her head as Mia gave a gentle smile to Emily before closing the bathroom door behind her.
