I'Ll uPdAte nOrmAllY NoW yeah that was a big lie.
It was another day of school, and Kokichi saw Kaede walking in the hallway. Kokichi ran up to her.
"HEYYY! KAYAYDAY! KAEIDIOT! KAEDEADD!" he yelled.
"Oh hey Kokichi- wait Kaedead?" she responded.
Kokichi grinned and asked,
"has shuichi said anything about me?"
Kaede did some thinking pose, and said,
"Well, yeah he has." she said.
"Oh- wait seriously"
"Yeah."
"What did he say?"
"Oh, just how much he li-" then Kaede covered her mouth. She moved her hand and said, "Did you know Shuichi talks about how much he just likes.. limbs..?"
Kokichi looked confused.
"..limbs?" he asked.
"YEAH! LIMBS! Anyways do you need anything else?" she said.
"Hey hey! You know I like Shuichi, and you're basically the closest to him. How do I get closer to him?!?"
Kaede hit her fist on her hand. "I got it!"
"Okay.. so..?" asked Kokichi.
"We're gonna do the cliché-"
"We are not doing cliché things."
Kaede sighed.
"Shut up Kokichi, we're gonna do the 'running with toast in mouth' cliché thing!" she said.
"Why that thing?" complained Kokichi.
"You wanna get closer to Shuichi riiight?"
"How is that gonna-"
"Alright! Then it's settled! We're doing it tomorrow morning! In the meantime-"
Kaede leaned against a classroom door. The teacher caught her and told her not to lean on her door. Kaede can't be cool anymore.
"Four-Eyes." said Kaede.
"Four-Eyes??" said Tsumugi, who was walking by.
"NOT YOU TSUMUGI!"
Kaede sighed again for like the 5th time in this chapter.
"Kokichi! I heard Shuichi is in our classroom! Why don't you er, talk with him?" asked the pianist.
"Talk about.. what?" asked the supreme leader.
"I heard Shuichi likes talking about books!"
"BOOKS?"
"Let's just go, I'll be watching,"
Kaede grabbed Kokichi's wrist and led him to the classroom. There was Shuichi, sitting at his desk.
"Alright, go on, talk about.. books!" whispered Kaede. Kokichi shrugged, and walked towards Shuichi.
"Hey.. Shuichi!" said Kokichi.
"Oh hi Kokichi." said Shuichi.
"So uh..."
"...."
"..books?"
Shuichi jumped from his seat.
"WE'RE TALKING ABOUT BOOKS?!? I LOVE BOOKS! MY FAVORITE BOOK IS CALLED HARRY POTTER! WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE BOOK? BOOKS ARE SO GREAT TO TALK ABOUT!" he shouted, with excitement.
"Uh.... I like... the bad version of three little pigs? You know the version when all the pigs die." said Kokichi, weirded out from the fact that Shuichi's obsessed with books.
Shuichi realized that he let too much excitement out, and sat back down in his seat. Kaede, who was behind the classroom door, just facepalmed.
"Uh.. Sorry." said Shuichi.
"Nishishi~ It's fine!" said Kokichi. "Anyways, why don't we talk about how much of a nerd you are?"
"Nerd?!?
"I mean yeah books are super lame-" then Kaede ran into the room and dragged Kokichi out of the classroom.
"Oh hey Shuichi! D-don't mind me, just uh- taking out the trash!" said Kaede. They exit the classroom and shut the door close.
"WAAAAAAAAH KAEDE CALLED ME TRASH SHE'S SO MEAN!!" cried Kokichi.
"SHUT THE FUCKING HELL UP BEFORE I DEATTACH YOUR LIMBS AND PUT THEM IN MY VENDING MACHINE!" shouted Miu, who was walking by.
Kokichi shut up.
Kaede looked at Kokichi.
"Kokichi! You can't act rude around him." said Kaede.
"Huh? Is calling someone a nerd rude?" asked Kokichi.
"YES.. well in Shuichi's POV."
Shuichi POV
Nerd-
Kokichi just called me a nerd..
How rude.
I still like him though..
Kaede POV
It was lunchtime.
"Okay Kokichi! I have another way!" I said.
"What is it?" he asked.
"Let me see you're lunch!"
Kokichi brought out his lunch. How strange of him to trust me that much, to bring out his lunch without questioning me why.
I clapped my hands together.
"Alright! So, I'm gonna 'accidentally' push you into Shuichi's arms while you're holding your lunch, then he'll catch you!" I said. I'm so smar-
"no. I'll literally lose my lunch." he said.
"Kokichi which one, Shuichi or your lunch?"
"My lunch."
"oh you choose Shuichi? Then follow my plan!"
"I... whatever."
Me and Kokichi went to the tree. Most of us usually eat there. I saw over there, Miu, SHUICHI, Tsumugi, and Rantaro.
Shuichi looked this way. We walked towards him, Kokichi in front of me, with lunch in hand.
I pushed Kokichi in front of Shuichi. "Whoops, I slipped!" I said.
Kokichi looked a bit shocked, I guess he didn't expect me to push that hard. I'm hella strong what did he expect?
"Kokichi!" said Shuichi.
Kokichi's lunch fell on the grass. Now it was covered in dirt. How disgusting. But who cares about the food.
Shuichi caught Kokichi.
"Oh thanks for saving me Mr. Detective! I should call you Mr. Superhero from now on~" said Kokichi. (lmao this is so cringe to type)
Shuichi blushed and said, "Uh.. yeah. Whatever. You're welcome."

There Tsumugi took a picture on her phone. Shuichi let Kokichi go.
I grabbed Kokichi's arm and whispered, "Hey, you see that? Shuichi blushed, this is a good sign." I don't know why I'm telling him to do all these things, when I clearly know Shuichi likes him back. But Shuichi wouldn't like me telling Kokichi he likes him.
After lunch, the day flew by normally.

Third Person
The next morning...
Kokichi heard a knock on his door. He was about to leave for school, so that was good timing. He opened the door, then BAM Kaede came and shoved a piece of toast in his mouth.
"What are you doing?" he asked.
"Remember! We're doing the toast bump in thing! Don't forget that!" said Kaede.
"How do you know where I li-"
"Let's go! Hurry, Shuichi should be turning the corner any second!"
Kaede grabbed Kokichi's arm, and dragged him to who knows where. Kaede peeked a bit from the corner. Shuichi was far there.
"Alright... I've prepared some things. When he asks why you're going the opposite direction from the school, make sure you say 'I forgot something at home.' " said Kaede.
"Wow you seriously planned a bunch of things out." said Kokichi.
"I'll tell you when to go!" Kaede waited for about 20 seconds. "Alright, go!"
Kokichi ran, toast in mouth, and bumped into Shuichi.
"Oh hahaha- sorry Shumai!" said Kokichi.
"Oh hey Kokichi.. what are you doing? School is that way." Shuichi pointed the direction of the school.
"I just forgot something thats all-"
"I'll walk with you. Let's go get it." said Shuichi.
"Wait what?" said Shuichi.
"What?" said Kaede. "This... didn't go as planned. But they'll be alone, that's all that matters."
