INCOMING BABY!

~After an hour~

I am inside my room. The contraction calmed down. Tony's suit is here, just trying to look out for me. Tony's is near New York. Tal woke up awhile ago, before they arrived at the hospital. Me and Tal are sitting on the bed and she tried to lay her head on my stomach, but her brother keeps on hitting her face. So, she lay her head on my leg, but she keep holding my stomach. Every time I yelped in pain, she would hug me on my side and she kept saying not to cry. She's thoughtful and caring. 

Pepper and Happy are staying inside the room with us. Just then, we heard the door opened and we saw Tony rushing. He went near me and he kissed my lips. 

"Daddy!" Tal said and she stand and went to hugged her father. 

"Hey baby." Tony said. 

"Still at 7cm?" Tony asked me. I nodded my head as he sat beside me and I cuddled with him. 

"You're here fast--Oh God!" I said and I held Tony's hand and squeezed it tightly. I felt Tal hugged me again and I looked at her. 

"Mommy... I love you..." After a couple of minutes, the pain stops. I take a deep breathe and I hugged Tal on me. I felt Tony hugged me and Tal. I put my head on his shoulder and he pecked my forehead.

~After 3 hours~

I'm in big big pain. They brought me inside the labor room and I began pushing while holding Tony's hand. 

"Oh God.." I said as I lay again on the bed. 

"It's okay, Y/N.." I heard Dr. Grace said. As she said that, I felt too weak and suddenly I lay unconscious on the bed. 

*Tony

As I looked at Y/N, I saw her eyes closed. I began to panic.

"Y/N. Y/N!" I shouted just then, we heard her heart rate was falling. 

"No! Please, wake up... Please... Don't leave me..." I said. Until, I saw someone pushing me out of the room. I tried my best to push the nurse away from me, but he pushed me out of the room and he closed the door. 

"No!" I said and I put my hands on the door and I cried. 

"Tony? What happened?" I heard Rhodey's voice behind me. I looked behind me and saw Pepper, Rhodey, Happy and Tal looking at me. Rhodes went near me and I just cried. 

"My...wife... She...she..." I cried.

"Let it all out Tony." Rhodes said as he hugged me. I hugged him back and cried at his shoulder. 

"Daddy?" I heard Tal's voice. Me and Rhodes broke the hug and I looked at my daughter. 

"Where's mommy?" She asked as she went near me. I kneel in front of her and hugged her. I cried on her little shoulder and I felt her hugged me tighter. 

"It's otay(okay) daddy. I wuv you.." Tal said. 

"I love you too, princess." I told her and I kissed her forehead. 

"Tony..." I heard Rhodes called me. I looked at Tal and I held her cheek in one hand, while the other, held her hand. 

"She coded on me, buddy." I said without looked at them, except for my daughter, in front of me. 

"Oh my God!!" I heard Pepper gasp. I looked at her and saw her hands covering her mouth in shock. I looked at Rhodes and saw him looking at me sympathetically. 

"I hope she'll recover from it." Rhodes placed a hand on my shoulder and I carried Tal in my arms.

"I need her, man. We need her." I said. 

"She'll be fine.." Rhodes assured me, but that assurance didn't stand on my worries.

~After an hour~

While waiting for Y/N, we stayed on Y/N's room and wait for her. Just then, we heard the door opened and we saw Dr. Grace, alone.

"How is she?" I asked as I went near her and looked for some assurance or some good sign on her reaction, but she just sighed heavily. 

"Y/N suffered from Peripartum Cardiomyopathy. It means that the heart chambers enlarge and the muscle weakens while giving birth. This causes a decrease in the percentage of blood ejected from the left ventricle of the heart with each contraction. That leads to less blood flow and the heart is no longer able to meet the demands of the body's organs for oxygen, affecting the lungs, liver, and other body systems." Dr. Grace said. I felt my world fell and broke after she said that. 

"Is she alive?" I fearfully asked the question. 

"Yes, but..." She began. "She's comatose right now." I felt my legs became wiggly and I lost my balance, but I felt Happy and Rhodes held me and let me stand.

"How's the baby?" I asked.

"The baby is fine. We immediately proceeded on emergency C-section and gave some breastmilk to the baby. Then, Dr. Bailey tried to revived Y/N and stitched her up. We brought the baby to the nursery, if you want to see him. Then, Y/N is on the recovery room. She'll be transferred here in a little while. 

"Can we see my son?" I asked.

"Yes, you can. I'll lead the way for you." Dr. Grace said. I looked beside me and saw Rhodes carrying Tal.

"You want to see your baby brother?" I asked Tal as I got her from Rhodes and all of us walked behind Dr. Grace. 

"Yes! Is he otay(okay)?" Tal asked. 

"Yes, he is fine." I said. Then, we reached the window of the nursery. I looked at the window and a baby caught my eyes. 

"There he is." I said as I pointed my son at the guys.

"Nice job Tony." Rhodes said. I chuckled slightly and I smiled at the sight of my son. The nurse, from the inside, pushed the baby bed near the window and there I saw my son. 

"Tal, look at your brother." I said and I looked at Tal and saw her looking at her baby brother. 

"Baby small?" She asked and looked at me. I chuckled at her and I nodded. 

"Yeah, he's still small. You were like him when you were little." I said. She just smiled at her brother. 

"When will she wake up?" I asked Dr. Grace. 

"We never know, Mr. Stark. It's up to her body to decide when." Dr. Grace said. I nodded and looked back at my son.

My son...

My wife...

My daughter... 

The Starks never give up...

I WONDER WHAT HAPPENS TO TONY AND Y/N IN THE FOLLOWING CHAPTER.. WE INTRODUCED SPIDER-MAN INTO THIS BOOK AND ALL OF YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT'S NEXT AFTER THE SPIDER-MAN CHAPTERS. 

LET'S SHOW SOME SUPPORT, BTW IN TONY'S BEHALF. KNOWING HIS WIFE IS COMATOSE, WHILE TONY'S DOING HIS BEST TO BE THE PARENT TO HIS DAUGHTER TAL AND HIS NEWBORN SON!
