~9 MONTHS~

"ANTHONY!!!" I shouted in pain. I am on bedrest for almost the whole day. The cramps are getting worse and worse. I sat on the bed as I held my stomach while trying to do my breathing exercise.

"I'm here, I'm here..." Tony said as he barged in the door and ran to my side. He held my stomach and I held his hand. 

"It hurts..." I said while my eyes are closed tightly.

"I know, I'm here. Shhh, calm down baby..." Tony comforted me as he sat beside me. I put my head on his shoulder and breathe deeply. 

"Don't worry, I won't leave you here. I'll be here with you." Tony told me. I nodded my head and just continued breathing deeply. 

"I think I'm gonna have to pee." I said. Tony helped me to stand and walked near the bathroom. 

"I can manage from here." I told him as I entered the bathroom.

"Okay. I'll wait for you here." 

"Okay." I said. Then, I closed the door and before I even reached the toilet, I felt warm liquid on my legs. I looked down and I suddenly felt contractions. 

"Oh my gosh..." I said softly. I went to get a new pair of leggings and put it on. I immediately went out of the bathroom and looked at Tony. 

"It's time.." I calmly said as I felt another pain struck.

"Oh Fuck!" Tony suddenly said. 

"Miss, you want me to inform the hospital?" We heard ARIA said.

"Yes please." I said. Just then, Tony got back into his consciousness and he ran to the nursery to get the baby bag. 

"FRIDAY?" I heard Tony's voice as he went near me, along with the baby bag on his shoulder.

"I have contacted Mr. Happy and he's waiting for you at the basement. I also contacted the Avengers for a baby assembly." FRIDAY said.

"Good job." Tony said as he helped me walked to the elevator. 

"Oh! Shit! It hurts..." I said. 

"It's okay, I'm here... I won't leave you honey.." 

"Tony, no matter what, choose Natalia, okay?" I said.

"I'll choose you both." Tony said.

"Tony..." 

"No, Y/N! Nothing bad will happen to you both and I had talked to Dr. Bailey that she needs another doctor to standby." Tony said.

"Ton--"

"Enough with this. All you have to do is give birth to our baby and after that, the three of us will go home." Tony said. I just nodded my head. The door opened and the both of us walked to the car that is waiting near the elevator door. Happy saw us and he immediately opened the back door for us and helped me. 

~At the hospital~

"ARGHH!!!" I groaned in pain. Bailey and Dr. Montgomery-Shepherd are inside my room, prepping me. While Tony is still outside the door, talking to the Avengers and prepping himself. Nat is also with me inside the room. 

"Are you ready to push Y/N?" Addison Montgomery-Shepherd said.

"Yeah." I said as I nodded my head. "Nothing bad will happen right?" I asked.

"Nothing bad will happened." Addison said as she patted my shoulder. She walked to the door and fetched Tony. When Tony went inside, he immediately went beside me. He held my hand and he kissed my forehead.
