I blushed. "So are you asking me to be your girlfriend?" "Uh, I think so." I could tell he was nervous. "Well, than yes!" I said as I hugged him and kissed him on the cheek. He stood there frozen, and that's when we heard a crash in the ballroom. "It better not be that wall." I said as I grabbed my bow and quiver, running out of the door.

The trolls have come again, with an army this time. I ran around and stopped where the hallway broke into the ballroom. I peeked around the wall and saw Ruth and Zoey, scared in the far corner. "Ruth, Zoey, come over here!" I yelled over the cries of trolls and vampires fighting. They started to run but a troll charged then. I shot it in the back, it fell but more trolls kept coming toward then. I ran into battle with my bow, Leroy was behind me and was surprised when I bolted.

I kept hitting trolls, killing them. I didn't know why they had come to attack, but I hope this battle was over soon. I kept Ruth and Zoey on the side near the wall, jogging and shooting to protect them. Once we were near a hallway I told them to run, and they did so. When I turned around I saw vampires going down left and right. It was a bloody mess.

Then I saw the leader had Leroy, and a knife. I wasn't going to let him do that. I loaded my bow and just before Leroy was stabbed I shot the leaders hand that was holding the knife. He dropped Leroy who landed on the ground, still. I ran through the battle, shooting trolls left and right. I knelt down next to Leroy. He was a shade a blue. I picked up his head and saw his windpipe didn't look right. I hit him in the chest, to make him breathe, he woke up breathing heavily. Then I saw fear in his eyes as something picked me up by the waist. It ripped the bow out of my hand and quiver off my back. My heat began to race. It was the troll leader. "Trolls, I have got what I came for!" They all stopped fighting the vamps and the vamps stopped to see what he had, me.

Joey came running toward me. "Don't, just don't." I said. He stopped in his tracks. Then he grabbed a knife and was going to throw it when I troll to his right tipped the knife. Then the troll leader released me as the knife was going to hit his hand. It hit me in the gut as I fell to the ground. Joey stood in shock. Then the troll leader knelt down and ripped the knife out, and left with his army.

I lasted there, bleeding out as my friends surrounded me, Leroy knelt down beside me and took my hand. But by the time Trina got there with the medical supplies, it was too late. A blackness started at the edges of my eyes and crept in. My heartbeat was slowing down and so was my breathing. My gut hurt like crazy but it numbed as the darkness crept in. The last thing I saw was Leroy closing my eyes and feeling his tear on my hand.
