Awkward Beginnings

The rest of the day dragged on yet flew by at the same time. The only time you were able to take your mind off the inevitable of spending the evening with All Might was Midnight's lecture. She always demanded your attention or else consequences were to be had. The last few minutes of your last class seemed to tick by even slower. You were just going to take a tour of Might Towers. There's no reason to be nervous, right?

You watched the second hand hit 12 as the dismissal bell rang. Suddenly you seemed to overthink everything. You didn't want to rush there and seem too eager, but you also didn't want to leave All Might waiting. Stopping at your locker was the only justifiable excuse for making him wait if he was there before you.

Nejire was nowhere to be found. You expected her to be right on your tail the second you got out of class but she was nowhere in sight. You dialed in the combination on your lock and upon opening the slim door you noticed a handwritten note fall to the floor. Of course. She always had to get the last word in.

Good luck tonight with the tour! I wanna know about everything that happened!! I know you're head over heels for him, you can't fool me! <3

You smirked. She's so dumb sometimes but she was right. Shoving the note in your pocket, you made your way to courtyard in front of the school.

Well good. Somehow you managed to not be late at least. The courtyard was slightly crowded with students leaving for the day but All Might would be able to be seen a mile a way; he still hadn't arrived. You took a seat on the nearest bench to wait. You began to ponder how you'd be traveling to Might Towers. Surely he had his own vehicle. There's no way All Might would subject himself to the torture of public transportation. The more you wondered, the more you started to realize that there's no way humanely possible All Might could fit into a car. He's huge.

The courtyard was almost completely clear now and still no number one hero in sight. Maybe he forgot. Pulling out your phone, you thought about texting Nejire to let her know you've been stood up.

"Always on your phone huh, (L/n) san?" 

Your head whipped up in surprise. All Might was standing inches from you in his Hero costume. He was so ungodly tall that your eyes only managed to reach his mid thigh before he let out a booming laugh.

You jolted up, stashing your phone away in the same motion. 

No words came to your mouth. All you could seem to do was blush as your eyes continued up his massive figure before meeting his. They were an icy blue but somehow still managed to make you melt.

He raised an eyebrow at you. "Well," he spoke softly. "Are you ready?" 

It was almost like this man was fully aware of the effect he had on you and was taking full advantage of it.

"Yes!" You pepped up. You turned and started walking towards the staff parking lot. 

"Ha ha ha ha ha haaa," All Might laughed again, more intensely this time. You turned and gave him a confused look. "(L/n) san, We are going to Might Towers, not the teacher's parking lot," he bellowed.

Your confusion grew. "Then how do we get to Might Towers huh?" you asked smugly. Apparently your new found sense of cockiness has grown with your sarcastic replies to your senpai. 

All Might flashed his teeth so wide he could probably light up the sky. "I thought you'd never ask!" He pointed his finger up towards the sky. 

He didn't even give you a second further to process. Without skipping a beat he was beside you, scooping you off of your feet. "Close your eyes," he whispered softly, gently throwing you into a bridal carry. "And hold on!," he exclaimed as he leapt into the air.
