Loki POV

"Thank you Heimdall," Thor said as they landed on the bifrost. "Odin is expecting you both in the throne room." Heimdall nodded to the prince's. "I am glad you have found the Lady Eloise safe." Heimdall said quietly as Loki passed him. "I will be back this evening to check on her, please keep an eye on her for me till then." "I shall." Heimdall replied.

As they reached the throne room Loki became more agitated, before they reached the doors Thor stopped him, "Peace brother. It shall do you no good if you are already this angry." Loki was about to snap back at Thor when he felt Eloise sense his agitated mood and sent him the image of her wearing a pair of Tony's glasses and her making Tony and Bruce doing a ridiculous dance together with Banner in their lab. He opened his mouth and started laughing till tears rolled down his face. Thor was confused, but waited for an explanation. "Eloise, apparently our soul bond is more open that I realized, she sensed my mood and to make me laugh she showed me her doing the most ridiculous dance with Stark and Banner. Come let us face the allfather."

"Unacceptable that both prince's of the realm should leave Asgard without announcing it to at least their king for some girl!" Odin's voice rang out, berating his sons. "Father, she is a princess of our realm and Loki's wife and was kidnapped. Are we not honor bound to discover what happened to her and ascertain how she is?" Thor interjected, before Loki would, worrying about his brother temper when it came to his wife. "And did you do so?" Odin asked eyeing his eldest son. "She is well now, but she had no memory of me or her time on Asgard or her kidnapping, she also now has powerful magic which she struggles to control at times. We have discovered she was tortured and held by Thanos the mad titan but she somehow managed to escape." Loki stood up, appealing to Odin, "Please allfather, I worry for her, even you thought she was just a mortal and now it appears she is something else and is in danger." Odin sat up straighter, "Show me," he commanded. Loki quickly conjured the memories for Odin to see.

"I see. Yes, you were right to stay then. I have not seen magic such as this before. I have however seen such a stone before. There was once a witch who was powerful enough to remove her own memories from her mind, the stone looked similar. I believe that the memories can be returned from the stone if that is what this is, though I do not believe that your wife is just merely a witch, she would not have survived the use of such powerful magic. I would have you stay three days and then you may return. Loki, you may use my personal library as well in your search for her origins. " Odin then dismissed his sons.

Once outside the throne room, the brothers breathed a sigh of relief and laughed at each other. "Reminded me of being scolded as children," Loki laughed. "Come brother, let us get you off to the library." Loki snapped and they appeared in Odin's personal library.

Several hours later books were stacked everywhere and Loki was getting frustrated. "Come brother, let us break and go eat and then check on Eloise and Jane," Thor suggested, Loki made a frustrated noise but followed his brother. He had no patience to deal with others right now and decided to just simply skip dinner in the hall. His few huntches had already been proven wrong and he wasn't sure where to look now.

He was surprised to hear a quiet voice say I'm sorry I'm being so difficult to find. He hadn't realized Eloise had been listening in to him, It's fine, how long have you been listening in? He thought back Ummmmmm I never left, I've been with you all afternoon, I was following along with your reading, I have so many questions. He could feel the egarness coming thru his thoughts, I didn't realize you'd been listening in, what did you do today? Other than dancing... he could feel her smile, spent time with Bruce in his lab, learned some fascinating things about my brain, Bruce agrees with Odin that the stone is my memories, we did a scan of the stone and it matches up exactly with a blank space I have in my brain, actually there was a second space very similar.
