Violet's POV
We just dropped Sage off at the airport. Like the actual airport. Not our hanger. The airport where other strangers go to. I know I sound like a rich brat now, but I'm honestly very scared.
I gagged on air when she told us yesterday. She said and I quote,
"Taking one of the planes just makes me look like a stuck up upperclass bitch that looks down on everyone else. I just want my future fans to love and support me." She said looking at us excitedly.
I nervously looked out of the window the whole time with two things on my mind.
Firstly, my beautiful little sister is on a plane with people. No bodyguards and I don't even know the pilot.
Secondly, I'm very nervous. Ace is finally going to let me on what's going on. I honestly don't know if I'm to be excited or worried.
"Hey, is everything okay?" Mom asked me as she worriedly looked at me.
"I'm fine." I huffed as I saw Mom staring at me intently.
"You can talk to me. You know?" She said as an emotion flickered in her eyes.
"Mom, I don't know how I feel." I whined.
"Is it about a guy? Oh! A guy! Finally. I've waited so long. I-"
"Mom... stop it. Its about Ace." I said and glowered at mom.
"Oh!" She siad and suddey she was quiet.
That's weird. Mom?!
I looked at mom intently and I notied that she was biting her lips as she stared at her palm.
"What has suddenly got her interest? Her palm? Someone wake me up." I thought and snorted.
Mom looked at me and then it hit me. Her eyes were glassy as she bit her lips trying to hold back the tears. She swiftly looked away and sniffled.
What the hell is going on?
"Mom is there something you're not telling-"
"I'm in the middle of something Violet." She said lowly.
"O..kayyyy..." I said trying to figure out what was happening.
The car suddenly halted and the chauffeur opened the door for me and I quickly made a mental note to be a bit humble like Sage.
Don't look at me that way. I'd say I was born with like a million golden spoons.
I looked at Ace' house. The only difference was the design. His house was equally big and beautiful but I can proudly say my house is the best in California.
Don't judge me. Just stating facts.
"Will you keep standing there?" I looked up to be met with a shadow of Ace because I'm very sure this dishevelled young man standing before me isn't Ace.
I walked in with my eyes on my feet and then I bumped into Ace' back making me fall on my butt.
"Can you be less clumsy?" He asked eyeing me.
