It was a clear and beautiful night in Ever After and Daring Charming was hard at work. He had planned something for Cerise before they went back to school to end the year.
Cerise was in her room with Tilly who was making her a dress. Her new dress was all red with a black belt and she was going to wear black heels and her hair was going to be half up and half down.
Once she was done with her dress, Tilly did Cerises hair and makeup for her and Cerise headed down into the dining room to meet Daring.
Daring stood at the bottom of the stairs waiting on Cerise to get down them. The second her saw her he felt his heart leap.
"Wow, you look stunning"said Daring
"Thank you, you do too"said Cerise kissing him
She wasn't lieing. He was wearing a black suit, with a white shirt and red bow tie.
He escorted Cerise to the table to eat dinner which Tilly made for them.
After dinner, they went to the ballroom and danced the night away.
"Do you like everything"asked Daring
"Like it, I love it"said Cerise
"Well I have another surprise for you"said Daring
"What is it"asked Cerise
"Well firlst you need to look over there"said Daring pointing at a wonderful painting of Cerise.
"I love it"said Cerise In amazement
While Cerise was distracted Daring prepared his other surprise.
"Ok now look at me"said Daring
Cerise turned around and saw Daring on one knee in front of her.
"Cerise, from the day we first met I knew you were the one for me, even if I was too blind to see it. You came after me when nobody else would and it showed me our bond is stronger than no other, so will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me"
Without hesitation Cerise answered "Yes"
Daring put the diamond ring on her finger and kissed her. He noticed she had a few tears in her eyes and wiped them away.
"I love you so much"said Daring cupping her cheek
"I love you too"said Cerise
Just then Tilly walked in.
"I'm assuming you said yes"
"I did"said Cerise
"Oh I'm so happy, I have dessert ready if you want some"said Tilly
Daring took Cerises hand and they walked into the dining room together.
