The first thing he heard was a scream. That in itself wasn't worrying because people screamed all the time. Kakashi remembered when his students were only genin and Naruto and Sakura screamed all the time. But this scream was one of pure unfiltered terror. There weren't that many things that could cause such a terrible sound. It was a scream he remembered from the battlefield. War and famine. Towns destroyed for nothing but a petty argument. The Naruto in him wanted to save whoever was screaming. The logical part of him wanted to stay away. He was a killer.
The Naruto part won. He could almost hear Naruto. But sensei! You have to help them. It's not like anything bad will come out of it! A lot of bad things could happen but that wasn't the point. If he didn't save them then Naruto would never let him hear the end of it. He forgot Naruto was dead. Another scream rang out. He sighed, getting up from the rooftop from which he was sitting and jumped off.
He honestly should have expected it. This age had more peace in it. No killing for a living. No wars that were mostly massacres. He had become pliant with this time of peace. But of course, there were still monsters. Human shaped monsters. He was one of them. He stared down the alley. It never ceased to disgust him. A young boy, only around seven, was being held up by the throat by a thug. Two others were with them and jeering at the tears that were streaming down the boys face. It was the words that disgusted him the most. Words that a seven year old was not meant to hear. The thug laughed at the boy in his grip, moving to pin him against the wall. "So young aren't you. Roaming in dark alleys. Surely you should know better than that. A pretty little thing too, aren't you. All the better for us then. I'm sure we'll have fun with you~" Pedophile's. Definitely the worst crime someone could commit in Kakashi's opinion. So he dropped down, kicking the thugs face and catching the kid when he was dropped. The other two stared dumbfounded as they saw their partner go down with one hit. He wasted no time, flashing forward and hitting their pressure points. He pulled wire from his pouch and tied them up. It was a bit petty but he made sure the wire dug into their skin to make it hurt more. Shinobi wire was sharp and he could already see droplets of blood where it dug into their flesh.
He set the kid down gently and smiled at him while he brushed away the tears. The boy was still sobbing so he gently ran his fingers through his hair while he let medical jutsu run over the boy. The sob's ceased as a warm tingling feeling covered his body. "Hello." The boy looked up at him with confused awe. "Do you know where your parents are?" The boy nodded and teal strands of hair fell over his flushed face. Kakashi grabbed him and hiked him up on his hip. He wasn't about to let him walk, if he could walk.
He crossed the street and into the park. The thugs must have snatched him when he was alone playing. He saw a couple frantically calling for someone's name. The father had the same teal hair as the boy. "Your name is Ahiko?" "Y-yes" He let the boy down and he ran over to his parents, a fresh stream of tears falling from his eyes. His parents collapsed to their knees and wrapped him up in a hug. Kakashi lips twitched upwards. " Excuse me? You might want to call the police. The ones who took them are tied up in the ally."
The couple looked up with tear stained faces but he was already gone.

Kakashi sighed. He let his summons go back to their world. He was still trying to figure out how they weren't dead. He went to the future but nothing had gone with him except clothes and tools. Certainly no living things. It was just another thing he would have to figure out in this new world.

Aizawa jumped onto the next roof. The sun was already set and it was close to complete darkness. In front of him was the same silver haired teen he had seen a couple days ago. There were rumors of a new vigilante and Aizawa had a feeling that the teen was the cause of the rumors. Silver hair, check. Black clothes, check. Weird headband symbol thingy that was covering an eye, he was turned around so he couldn't see it yet. His brows furrowed. Things hadn't added up when he checked the reports earlier. If this was the vigilante, he was making no effort to hide. "Hey kid. You're the new vigilante right?"
Kakashi was confused. Vigilante. As in people who acted outside the law but weren't villains. He nodded his head. That seemed about right. " What's it to you?" He turned around and almost smirked when the man in black gasped. He watched as the man recollected himself. " I'm a pro hero. That means I have to take you in for questioning since you are technically breaking the law."
Aizawa couldn't hold in a gasp. Geez. Who was this kid? He had turned around and although Aizawa knew he was a kid, his single visible eye showed an entirely different story. The way he held himself and the aura around him was of someone much older. He could barely see him in the darkness but the way his silver hair shown was unmistakable. An unwilling shiver went down his spine while only one thought invaded his mind. He watched as the teen stepped off the roof. As he rushed forward, he wondered. Who was the new vigilante? He glanced down into the lit up ally.
There was no one there.
