But knowing that Indonesia has gained access to a very young world with very bountiful natural resources, nations around the world have begun to act. The EU for example, their opinion towards palm oil has changed, and now selling palm oil in their own respected countries just to get on Indonesia's good side, in which originally they deemed palm oil as allegedly "dangerous to the environment".
As for Indonesia's allies, Turkey is facing threats from NATO to abolish its coalition with Indonesia. But Turkey simply ignored them, as they knew Turkey has an essential role in NATO and it's in the interest of anyone in NATO to keep Turkey in NATO. India's condition remained the same as ever, well almost if you include the India-China skirmishes at Kashmir. The shocking news in Indonesia also brought Indonesia potential allies both economical and military, which Indonesia can sort out which nations fitted to Indonesia's vision towards Daerah Khusus. But to everyone's surprise, Germany steps forward to be the next ally of the coalition. While nations such as Brazil and the United Kingdom are uncertain, although these two nations kept a close relationship with the coalition members.
Now, at the Prime Minister's Office. Prime Minister Morita alongside Minister of Defense Tarō Kanō is conversing something, something related to the sudden viral news from one of their trading partner.
"-I wouldn't guess that the Indonesians would have their own GATE, this very the troublesome indeed." Said Morita.
"Indeed it is troublesome, Mr. Morita. Though, I'm impressed by how Indonesia can hide something like this for about a good few months." Said Kanō.
"But, do they really exist in Special Region? I just hoped it's just a mere fantasy and hoax." Said Morita.
"I had the same thought as you are, Mr. Morita. But, our men in Special Region have confirmed their existence. For the past few days, they have been expanding their control to the entire east of the continent. Our UAVs have confirmed this, as most of the UAVs we sent were shot down by unknown aircraft. Only some lucky ones managed to get actual confirmation." Kanō replied.
"*sigh* Things just get harder for us." Said Morita complaining.
But then, Morita's phone rang. Morita turns to the side, position himself right in front of the desk. Then he answers the phone.
"Morita." Said Morita.
"Hello there, Mr. Morita." Said the unknown person.
Morita immediately froze, the one who called was someone who he least expect to call him. It's President Djoko Suryaningrat.
"Mr. Suryaningrat. I did not expect you would call me this soon." Said Morita, this surely surprise Kanō who was also in the same room, Kanō was able to hear it as Morita puts the conversation on speakerphone.
"Really now? Well, since one of your trade partners has access to the Daerah Khusus, you must be quite on the edge." Said the President.
"It's called 'Special Region', President Djoko. That's how everyone in the world calls it." Morita retorted.
"No, It's Daerah Khusus for us. Remember, Japan is not the only nation that has access to that young world, Prime Minister Morita." Said the President.
