Chapter 8 - The Secret's Out

*The next morning*

Lin

I wake up, cuddling Pip. As I moved out of it, she turned to face me, putting her head back on her pillow, her eyes still closed. Once she got comfortable, she fell back asleep. I looked at her for a couple minutes, and I just admired her. Her cheeks were a little pink because she was sleeping under a bunch of soft blankets. I couldn't get over her adorable sleeping face, she just looked so beautiful and cute. I'm the luckiest man ever.

I needed to wake her up, though. Today we needed to finish unpacking the boxes, and we needed to get started. I checked the time to make sure; I didn't want to wake her up if I was wrong.

9:30am.

We need to eat breakfast, so it's a good time to get up. I kiss her forehead.

"Pip. We gotta wake up, mi amor." I say.

She opens her eyes and stretches her arms as she sits up. She lets out a big yawn.

"Morning." She tells me with a soft voice, because she had just woken up.

"Good morning." I say in return, as I walk to the bathroom to button up my shirt.

It takes Pip a bit to get up, and when she does, she tries to roll off the bed, but instead of getting up on her toes, she falls off.

I hear a loud thump, and I run over to see what happened.

"Pip, are you okay?" I ask her, concerned to see her laying on the ground.

There wasn't much of a response, just continuous laughter.

"I'm okay.." She says, still giggling from her fall.

"Okay then." I chuckle.

She grabs her ankle in slight pain, but continues laughing.

I look at her concerned but can't help but smile at the same time, as she's in pain but laughing.

''Come on Pips, get up.''

She keeps wheezing. ''Pippa?'' I chuckle slightly.

''..''

''Oh my gosh, I'll have breakfast without you.'' I laugh.

''No, no no-'' She laughs even more, trying to grab a hold of my arm as she's dragged across the bedroom floor.

Yes, she's always been such a happy person. That's why she laughs 24/7. I love her- what? I didn't say anything. I look back at her and roll my eyes as I bring her up to standing position.

She's about to giggle but she just smiles and then grabs her clothes.

We both get dressed and walk to the kitchen to get some breakfast before we start unpacking.

Pip

We go to the kitchen, and prepare ourselves a nice meal. I made us some bacon and eggs, and Lin made us some coffee. We sat down together at the table and chatted a bit while we ate.

"So, Lin?"

"Yes?"

"When are we going to tell the cast about our relationship?"

"I'm not sure, why?"

"Well, I feel like it's getting to be more and more obvious, and I feel like if we tell them, it'll be easier for them to get used to it and be happier about it than us hiding it from them."

"That's a good point. Tomorrow is our first day back, maybe we should tell them then."

"Yeah, but I want to make it a cute way to surprise them."
