We both managed to get ready on time. He wore the clothes he had been wearing yesterday again as the rest of his clothes were burned and the stubborn ass refused to borrow a T-shirt I offered. Once we stepped out of the building, he seemed surprised. As we left the building, he seemed surprised to see me walk in the same direction as him and he asked, "You go to my college?" I raised my eyebrows at him, " You seem surprised by that." He nodded, " I've just never seen you before."

I looked at him amusedly, "You do know there are hundreds of students in the college? There is around one in two or three hundred chances that you would actually know me, considering that I'm not exactly one of the well known people." He nodded and we walked on in silence. As we reached the entrance, we split up to go to our respective classes, as I gave him a tiny smile and he gave me a nod.

I rolled my eyes. People. It annoys me when I give someone a wave or a smile and I get a nod in return. A nod. Like dude, I'm spending effort to wave at you, the least you can do is give me an equal response. The day passes normally. I rushed from one class to another, piling notes and homework in my notebooks. When it was time for my break of an hour, I let out a sigh of relief. It seemed too much effort to walk back all the way home, just to eat and come back again, so I decided to eat in the cafeteria today.

The cafeteria was hardly half-filled seeing as students had breaks at different times and most were usually in the afternoon at around 5 and it was nearing 3:30 now. My stomach rumbled as I smelled Manchurian rice and I rushed to get a plate for myself. Finding a place to sit, I practically inhaled my food. As I ate, someone tapped my shoulder and I looked over my shoulder to see Kayden.

I swallowed my food and spoke, "Hey." He responded with a 'Hi' and stood there, looking awkward, as I turned back and continued gobbling. I gestured to a chair near mine and asked him, "You wanna sit?" and he sat. As he opened his mouth to say something, I raised my hand, stopping him, and Ignoring his confusion, I continued eating. Once my hunger was satiated, I turned to him and asked, "So, what was it you were saying?"

He asked, " What about the keys?" and I gave him a questioning look. "Trying out a riddle, are you?" He rolled his eyes. "I meant the keys of the apartment. You have them, so I'll wait around somewhere for you if my classes end early." I thought over it and asked, "What time does your last class end?". "At 5." At his response, I shrugged, "then there will be no need for it. My classes end at 4. I'll be home when your classes get over." He nodded and then stood up as I looked at him with amusement and spoke, "Wow, You're in a hurry to get out and rid of my company." He returned my amused look, "What do I say, you're too enigmatic for me to be able to spend too long around you without having inferiority complex." I nodded, "Ah. That must be the reason I haven't been surrounded by my adoring fans by now. I should've known the moody persona will keep them away."

The corners of his lips curled up slightly as he said, "Of course." Then, giving me a wave, he turned around and walked off.
