Jay and Jake were on their way to the party and suddenly Jake had a thought. He texted Sunoo.
"Hiii."
"Hello to you too."
"Don't you wanna come to a party tonight?"
"I can't. I have dinner with Niki and his parents."
"Really? Wow good luck then."
"Thanks damn."
He wanted Sunoo to come so maybe he could show Sunghoon, he's not special to him, and he has a lot of friends. But well... he didn't have a lot of friends except Sunoo and Jay so that plan's not gonna work.
-Are you nervous?-asked Jay suddenly. Jake was too quite.
-A bit.-admitted Jake. He didn't know how to act around Sunghoon but guess he'll find out in a minute.
-Don't worry. You just have to act like you don't love him. Wait a minute, no. He has to find out, cause you're an idiot. Just act around him as a little shy girl.-said Jay and they were already getting out of the car.
-Wow thanks. Remind me again why I'm friends with you.-said Jake and he already know this is gonna be hard.
-Anyway, what did you buy him?
-You'll see.-said Jake and he winked.
They walked up to the door and rang the bell.
-Hi. It's Jay and Jake.
-It's open.-laughed Sunghoon from inside.-Come in.
And Jake and Jay went inside. A happy Sunghoon welcomed them which was a bit awkward for Jake but who cares.
-Happy birthday.-said Jake and he handed a box to Sunghoon.
-Wao. Thank you so much.-he said and hugged the older. -I'm so happy that you came you know.
-Of course. You're my friend, why wouldn't I come?-laughed Jake. It was so awkward he didn't know what to do. On the other hand Sunghoon found Jake adorable.
-You know you're adorable, right?-asked Sunghoon but he mentally slapped himself. Who the hell would ask that oh my god.
-Yeah I'm mean a lot of people told me that but thank you.-laughed Jake and he looked around out of embarrassement and he saw someone. -Oh my god, Rosé?
-Jake, what the are doing here?-asked a cute girl and he hugged Jake all of a sudden.
-Well Sunghoon is my friend and you? What are you even doing in Korea?
-Well that's a long story. Are you interested? -asked Rosé and Jake nodded so they went to sat down and talk. Rosé is Jake's friend from Australia, they've been friends since they were little. It was amazing they met like this.
After Jake left Sunghoon alone, the ice prince felt really sad.
-Wow, on my birthday. How great is that....-he whispered to himself but someone heard it.
-What?-asked Jay confused.
-Oh nothing.
-Come on, let's get you a drink, it's hard to look at you and not be sad. It's your birthday cheer up.-said Jay and he put his arm around the younger and lead him to the kitchen.
-Yes you're right. It's my birthday. I should be really happy.-said Sunghoon and for the rest of the night he tried to forget about the fact that Jake, his crush, abandoned him for a girl.
