We were, once again, huddled together against the winter weather. This time, we'd found an abandoned rogue den that was actually bigger than we needed. It was most likely home to multiple rogues at one point. I could smell people, humans, nearby. This meant we were most likely close to a human town. That's good, we needed things from the stores they had. Werewolves often used human stores for things like clothes and some types of food, etc. We find that it's easy to blend in if you can keep your temper and not wolf out. When the sun was just coming up, I decided we should get moving if we're gonna make it to town on time. So I kicked Jason until he woke up. Right in the ribs. Needless to say, he was grumpy. Then I jumped on Chris, making him just as grumpy. Turning to my youngest brother, the other two watched to see how I would wake him up. But I simply leaned down and licked his ears 'till he woke up. After all, he was my favorite.

Once they were all awake, I made them freshen up at the small pond outside, then report back to the den. "Alright boys, now that you're up and moving, we're going to town!"

Jason started choking like a cat on a hairball. It was quite interesting to watch actually, a wolf choking on air. "We're what?"

"I'll say it slower so Jason's mind can comprehend it. We. Are. Going. Into. Town."

After some grumbling and protesting, I snapped. "Listen! We are going into town to get the things we need and that is FINAL." I kicked our bag at them. "Here's your clothes. Get changed."

Moments later, they were. I'd gone to freshen up at the pond myself. Once they were done, I kicked them out of the den and told them to wait while I changed. I threw on some camo athletic leggings and a black tank top, paired with Jason's hoodie he gave me a while ago. Somehow I managed to tame the thing I call hair and braid it down my back. At the last moment, I turned back and threw on the locket I'd been given. It felt right, like it had always been there, at the hollow of my throat. "Let's go then."

We trekked through the woods until we found a road. It wasn't very hard to find out which way town was- with our werewolf senses, we could smell the fast food from miles away. So we started walking along the side of the road, the fast food smell making my mouth water. After days of raw and bloody meat, a cooked meal would be amazing. Plus, we got to be in human form. See, any werewolf without a pack is counted as a rogue, but if the two types of rogues are compared, there's a big difference. One of them, called the Cubs, are what we are. We're new, still have control. The others, or the Ferals, were like those who killed our parents. They have red eyes, they're savage, and they only think about themselves. If a Cub is in it's wolf form too much, it becomes a Feral. There's no coming back from being a Feral. That's what will help us when a group of four rogues show up at a pack.

A car randomly stops beside us; the window rolled down, revealing a man with shaggyish dark brown hair. Another werewolf. "You four need a ride?"

Aidan was about to say yes, but Jason interjected. "No, we're good. Thank you though, it's really kind of you to offer." I grabbed Aidan's wrist and pulled him after us as we continued on. Jason's hand was on my shoulder, keeping me moving away from the wolf in the car.

It was fine, the four of us were continuing on to town, when the car stopped beside us again. "Please, I insist." His eyes flashed the green of a werewolf. I turned to Jason.

"He's not going to leave us alone until we get in that car. You get in the front, the boys and I will be in the back."

Jason then turned to the man in the truck. "Alright, fine." And he climbed into the passenger seat. Chris, Aidan, and I got in the back.
