Karian helped the twins get ready for school and walked them out to leave for the bus. It had been difficult to explain to them what had happened and why they had to move. After they were safely on the bus he walked back in and bowed to his hosts. "Thank you Mrs. Bakugou for taking us in."

"Oh Karian you can stop thanking me," Mitsuki smiled. "And just call me Mitsuki. You and the twins are wonderful. It is nice to have some well behaved kids in the house for once."

"What was that you old hag?" Katsuki growled as he came down the stairs.

"I said you are a troublesome brat," Mitsuki told him. "Karian sweetheart have a good day at school." She said before walking into the kitchen. She seemed to always be extra nice to him and the twins.

"You ready to go Karian?" Katsuki asked with a grumble. Karian nodded and grabbed his backpack. "You sure youre well enough to go?"

"I am fine," Karian said. "Recovery Girl took care of the worst of it. Plus it would feel odd to stay in your home all day while you were off at school."

"Get over it," Katsuki said. "This is your home now too."

"At least until they decide what to do with my father," Karian said. Kenji Kimura was currently in jail for child abuse waiting on trial. Karian had admitted to everything to the police while he was in the hospital this time. He also said he lied before because he did not wish to lose his younger siblings. No one had blamed him for lying before. Aizawa had been there for a lot of it as well. Even Endeavor visited him in the hospital. He was only there a few minutes, but he had told Karian that he was still welcome to intern and work for his hero agency. He couldn't believe so much had changed in just a few days as others of his class finished their hero internships.

"Well it isn't like they will send any of you back," Katsuki said as he lead the way out and towards school. "You should realize none of the pros will let that happen anymore." Karian nodded.

"Thank you Katsuki," Karian said. "I know you were the one who convinced your parents to take us in."

"Shut up, there was no convincing needed," Katsuki said. "Once my mother heard what was going on she practically tackled me to call Aizawa herself. Freaking hag." Karian smiled lightly. At first he had found Katsuki and his mothers relationship odd, but he soon figured out that was just how they were.

"I like your mother," Karian said. "She reminds me a lot of my own. My mother was very headstrong and stubborn, she had to be to put up with my father." Karian looked ahead. His father did not become abusive until after his mother died. Before that he had been more similar to endeavor.

"You never talk about your mother," Katsuki said. "What happened to her?"

"She died," Karian said. "It was my fault and the reason I will never be serious in a fight again. My quirk and abilities are to strong."

"How was it your fault?" Katsuki asked curious.

"I would prefer not to talk about it," Karian said. For once Katsuki decided not to push the male. Karian's face was its usual emotionless mask, but his eyes showed such pain and shame.

"Karian!" A loud redhead yelled as he tackled the male in a strong hug. "I heard you were in the hospital. Are you ok?"

"I just got railroaded by a damn boulder," Karian chuckled. "How am I ok?" Kirishima released the male and looked at him surprised. He seemed to be so much more relaxed.

"Sorry Karian, I was just so worried about you," Kirishima told him.

"You're good Kirishima," Karian said. "I am fine. I was all healed up by Recovery Girl. Better here than in the hospital."
