This morning I walked downstairs and everyone is here, I almost forgot that they had all been recently undaggered.

"You look like you just woke up," Rebekah says.

"Because I did," I replied, grabbing a bottle of vodka and sitting on the couch with Rebekah.

As Klaus storms into the room, I pop the cap and take a gulp.

"What is wrong with you?" he asks.

"Here we go," Rebekah says with a smile.

"Do you want another dagger in your heart?" Klaus asks.

"Klaus, your sister has been among the living for less than twenty-four hours and you're already threatening her? Calm down" I say.

Klaus looks at me as if he's about to say something, when Kol cuts in.

"Again with the daggers? Don't you have any other threats?" Kol asks.

"Oh go back to staring at yourself," Klaus says.

"And who are you, my father?"

"No but you are in my house," Klaus says, turning around.

"Then maybe we should go outside," Kol says stepping closer to Klaus.

"Elijah I don't have the energy for this, please stop them" I say.

"Don't look at me, it's your turn" he replies without looking at me.

"Enough!" Esther calls as she walks into the room, "Niklaus, come" Esther says.

Klaus follows her into the other room.

I hear Margaret come downstairs fully dressed.

She greets Elijah with a kiss, this makes me smile. She was happy.

She comes over to me and takes the bottle from my hand.

"Hey!" I call as she caps it.

"You wake up at 1 pm and the first thing you do is drink? At least have some breakfast first" Margaret says.

"We're out of blood bags" I groan letting my head fall back.

"Just drink from one of the servants like everyone else," Kol says casually.

We all go silent.

"On second thought here you go," Margaret says, giving me back the bottle.

"Thank you" I groan and take another drink.

"So who are you going to the ball with?" Rebekah asks.

"Oh, I'm not going" I replied.

"Yes, you are!" Margaret calls from another room.

"You get to go with Elijah. I'm not going to 'third wheel' like the kids today say!" I yell back.

"You're not going with Niklaus?" Rebekah asks seriously.

My smile fades as I look at her.

"What makes you think that?" I ask in a serious tone, taking another sip.

"Don't play stupid" she says.

"I'm not. I'm stating facts. I'm not going, Klaus isn't taking me, end of story" I replied.

Rebekah shrugs, "If you say so," she says.

I went back up to my room to take a shower, the steam made me forget the pounding in my head and the ache in my body.
