💫Cedric💫

Cedric.

They belonged to Cedric. But why was he hugging me? Doesn't he think I cheated on him?

I looked up to see is Draco was still there, he was gone. It was just me and Cedric outside of the great hall.

I still cried but I hugged him back. We stayed like that for some time before he spoke,

"I know you were tutoring Draco. It's ok, I believe you. I love you."

That warmed my heart. I didn't care about the rest of it, I'm pretty sure that was the first time he ever said I love you. I mean, really said it. Not muttering it, no. He said it.

"I love you too, Ced. I'm gonna miss you next year."

He hugged me tighter as if he knew something I didn't.

"What is it, Ced?"

"I'm going to school for a year and then coming back to be the Charms professor. Old Flitwick needs a break for a couple years, I'm here to take his role."

I hugged him tighter then I ever had before.

"That's spectacular, Ced! Now I just have one year without you!"

He kissed my forehead.

"So, you still wanna date me?"

He asked.

"Of course I do."

-------5 years later-------

"Get back here, Caroline!"

I yelled to Cedric and I's two year old daughter. She was waddling around the house and terrorizing all the animals, and we were about to have family over.

"Corner her, Ced!"

I screamed and Cedric slid in from of Caroline and picked her up.

We smiled like maniacs for a moment before rushing to clean the house up.

We lived in a magic neighborhood, with a big house and a few different species of animals.

I worked for the ministry and Cedric was still the charms professor at Hogwarts, all of this doesn't  mean that we have our lives under control, because we don't.

Currently there is flour everywhere, like everywhere, and Cedric's hair is all ruffled into different directions.

I rushed upstairs and put on a red dress and put my hair up in a green ribbon. With a flick of my wand all of my makeup suplise were doodling on my face. Once they were done, I grabbed some hair gel and ran down the stairs with it. I passed it to Cedric and he took it thankfully, me taking the child.

I ran to Caroline's room on the first floor and changed her outfit to a more Christmas one, putting her short hair up in pigtails.

Just then the door rang and I apparated me and Caroline to the front door, where Cedric already was.

"Ah, hey dad."

"How's my favorite grandchild doing?!"

Amos bellowed as he ran over to Caroline to pinch her cheeks.

"Good evening, Amos."

"Your house is wonderful, Y/N. Thanks to you for scoring a job at the ministry. I brag to all my friends about you."

I laughed.

Time Skip

"That was so long."

I groaned and threw my arms around Cedric as he took his tie off.

"Yeah, I know. But it's ok though, since you were here."

I smiled and he smiled back. I don't think I would've been this happy with Harry or Draco.
