Karasuno was shocked to see Suga dating Oikawa. Hinata and Daichi weren't bothered by it as much because they had a different relationship than others did. Hinata had used Suga to make Tsukishima jealous and Daichi was dating Yui. Suga loved Daichi and they were best friends before Daichi was dating Yui. For the rest of the year, Suga and Oikawa went on many dates. They hung out all the time and both teams got annoyed. They didn't mind that they were dating, but they were annoyed by them not practicing. After Suga and Oikawa graduated from high school, they moved in together. They rented a small apartment near the college campus Suga was studying at. Suga graduated from college and became a teacher at Karasuno. Oikawa began his training in Argentina and the San Juan volleyball team. He would come back once and a while to be with Suga. Suga is still friends with his teammates and Daichi. They hang out from time to time. One day Daichi came to visit Suga, he knocked on the apartment door. He was greeted by Oikawa, who was about to leave for the store. Daichi walked into the living room and waited for Suga to come out. When Suga didn't show, he texted Suga. Suga replied that he was in his room and would be out in a minute. Daichi got up and decided to get something to eat. He made two sandwiches, one for Suga and one for himself. Daichi was thinking of taking Suga out for dinner to convince him. Suga came out a while later. He came into the kitchen and saw a sandwich on the plate. Daichi has tried multiple times to get together with Suga. Suga has rejected him over and over again, saying that he is happy with Oikawa. Daichi tried again today, but Suga rejected him again. Daichi and Suga are still friends, but Daichi wants to be more. Yui broke up with Daichi after they graduated because she couldn't do a long-distance relationship. Suga couldn't be with Daichi because he was pregnant. He hasn't told many people outside his family. Suga finally told Daichi that he was pregnant. Daichi was happy that Suga was pregnant with a child. Suga asked if he wanted to be the godfather, Daichi said yes.
