"I'm sorry, I don't know if it was the atmosphere or something but uh, could you repeat what you said?"

"I asked if you..want to move in with, well..um..me."

Luz looked at her girlfriend with wide eyes. She couldn't believe what she was hearing. Amity wanted her to move in. In the palace. Most importantly, here! In the Boiling Isles! "Amor, I-Gosh I don't know what to say.." Luz chuckled nervously as she rubbed her neck. "Y-You don't have to tell me now! I just..Luz, we've been dating for over five years and I just..I dunno..I thought it was just...the r-right time to ask this.." Amity said as she looked away in embarrassment.

Luz smiled as she cupped Amity's cheeks softly to make her face her, "Ami..I'm sorry that I can't give you an answer now but...If it was easy..I would love to." Amity looked up at Luz and melted into her grasp as she smiled. She put her hand on one of Luz's hand and sighed, "I know that I'm not going to be Emperor for that long and the distance we have as well but..I see a future between us..I just want to make it happen..one day, of course."

Luz smiled, "I would love that."

Amity leaned forward and pressed a kiss on the latina's lips. Luz smiled during the kiss. They, then, separated and laughed. "How about we head to Boscha and Willow's? Surely Gus is there as well." Amity said. Luz smiled, "Who am I to say no?" Amity giggled as she stood up and helped Luz up. "Why thank you, my dear Blight." Luz jokingly said as she bowed. "Why, the pleasure is all mine, My dear Noceda." Amity jokingly said as she bowed as well.

"Uhh, guys? I think someone is knocking on the door."

Another knock was heard as Gus stood up from where they all sat, "I'll get it!" As soon as he opened the door he was greeted by Luz and Amity. "Luz!? Oh my god you're here!" Gus smiled as he pulled her into a hug. "Hey there! Amity convinced me that we should stop by for a bit." Luz smiled as she exchanged the hug. "Luz? Oh my god." Willow stood up from the floor and went to hug the latina along with Gus.

"Heyyy human! You're back! Ames wouldn't shut up about you." Boscha smiled. Amity blushed a bit. "Awe, that's cute." Luz winked at Amity, causing the poor girl to feel faint. As soon as they separated, Willow gestured the two to come inside. "We were just making wedding plans and deciding which flowers to use." Willow smiled as they made their ways to the floor they all were sitting. As soon as they all sat down, Gus looked at Luz. "Sooo, ahem..how are you?" Luz laughed, "I'm fine..Actually, Willow, Boscha..Do you mind if I bring a plus one to your wedding?" Luz turned to the couple in front of her.

Boscha and Willow looked at each other and smiled, "Hmm, a plus one? We're cool with that." Boscha smirked. "I think that sounds good." Willow smiled. Luz looked over at Gus and smirked, "Sounds nice, doesn't it Gus?" Gus nervously chuckled, "Ah ha..."

"So Luz, how long are you staying?" Willow asked. "Just for today! I have work tomorrow and I'm pretty sure Amity has very important businesses to attend." Luz smiled as she put an arm around Amity's waist. "Wow, how's being ruler of the Isles Amity?" Boscha teased. "Oh please, easier than I expected. But, I won't be it for much longer." Amity sighed as she touched one of the flowers that were spread out in front of them.

"You mean, you found someone?" Gus asked. "Not...exactly..I'm just testing the waters for now. Anyways, I don't wanna think about that right now." Amity smiled. "Yea, because her mind is pretty occupied with me being around." Luz teased as she pulled Amity close. Amity turned red as she covered her face, "Luzzzz.."

"It's so nice to see you two finally a couple." Willow smiled. "He he, yea. It's also pretty gross how lovey dovey you two are." Boscha teased. "Oh yeah? Look who's talking." Luz teased back. Amity smiled at the interaction between the two ladies. She was really happy that Luz had gotten closer to Boscha and that Boscha had warmed up to the human. It even helped her get her friendship with Willow back.

Suddenly a beeping was heard, causing Luz to groan in disappointment. Amity turned to her, "Is it time?" Luz nodded, "I'm sorry guys, but it's time for me to go." Willow, Gus, and even Boscha pouted in disappointment. "We'll see you at the wedding, right?" Willow asked. "But, of course!" Luz smiled. As soon as they all stood up and said their goodbyes, Amity and Luz made it outside.

Luz arrived at Eda's to say a quick goodbye to Eda, who was 'on a call' with King, who wanted to know how to make those treats she always gave him. Then, Amity walked Luz over to where she usually teleports from.

The two walked hand in hand until they arrived where they were at. "Well, this is my stop." Luz smiled. Her smile faded away as she looked at Amity who hugged her arms and faced away from Luz. Luz got closer to Amity and put a finger under the witch's chin, making her look at her. "Hey.." She smiled softly, "I'll be back for the wedding..I promise."

"I-It's not that.." Amity whispered. "Then..what is it, mi amor?" Luz asked softly. "Y-You didn't really talk on the way here..I'm worried that I made you uncomfortable with our conversation earlier.." Amity said. Luz smiled reassuringly, "But you didn't..I know I promised staying here but..I just have so much going on in the human realm at the moment. But, when the time is right..I'll give you an answer."

Amity blushed, "W-Well, don't say it like that! It seems like I'm pressuring you a-and I don't want to seem all pressuring.." "You're not." Luz chuckled. "Sooo, I'll see you in a week?" Amity looked up at her girlfriend, "I'll see you in a week." She confirmed. Luz smiled as she wrapped her arms around Amity's waist. Amity instantly wrapped her arms around the latina's neck, "I don't know, Noceda..Seems like you're the soft one." She teased.

Luz smiled, "I am."

Amity turned beet red, "Luzzz.." Luz laughed, "Hey, I'm not gonna deny that I'm hopelessly in love with you." Amity looked up at her with hopeful eyes, "...Say that again.." Luz seemed confused but then got the hint. "I love you." She said reassuringly. Amity tippy toed and gave Luz a sweet kiss before inching away her lips a bit to whisper.

"I love you too."

Luz pressed her lips to Amity's again for a minute or two before she got another beep on her phone. As soon as they separated, Luz stood by the door and looked at Amity with a smile. "I'll be back, okay?" Amity waved back and nodded, "Okay."

Luz entered the door. Leaving a very happy witch, but then Amity's smile faded a bit..'What if this question changed everything?'
