After witnessing the true Miya twins, Osamu finished fighting with Atsumu and stood up like nothing had happened. "You could wait out here or at my house." Kita told her, not wanting her to get in more trouble. "Let 'er stay!" The twins said in unison. Himura wanted to escape them but with the looks on their faces, she had to agree. The twins cheered and ran back inside the school.

"Sorry you have to do that." Kita apologized on the behalf of the twins, Himura just waved it off dismissively. "First years are fine." Himura scoffed but Kita told her they were the same year and age as her. 'Those idiotic twins...we're the same fucking age?!'

As they walked to the gym, Himura just stopped outside to watch the others practice. Most of them were very tall, could be the height of Kuroo or Inuoka at least.

"Oi, Shinsuke! Who's that?" One of the guys asked and pointed at Himura. Kita looked at Himura and back to the guy. "That's my friend." He said in a plain tone.

Himura could see the striking features of the guy, spiky black hair and pretty tall too. "You sure she's not yer girlfriend~?" He joked but Kita just shook his head, much to his teammate's joking nature.

"Hi there." One of his teammates greeted her, Himura waved at him. "So you're the 'Sara-chan' Kita has been talkin' about?" He asked. Himura was a bit shocked that Kita actually talked about her not only that, to them. "I'm Ojiro Aran." He smiled and went back to practice.

For a long time, Himura watched the team practice even taking mental notes on the techniques they used. It could help her team beat the other Tokyo powerhouse schools, especially if they reached the nationals.

Every single posture they had was the same like any other but their playing style was somewhat different to Nekoma, who specialized in blocking and counter attack it with floor play but they were far behind from Inarizaki.

Especially when the twins tried to do their attack, it went by like a blink of an eye.

Also something noticed in her silent observation, one of the members wasn't speaking in a Kansai dialect like the others, more likely the Tokyo dialect like she does.

As she was silently watching the team practice, Atsumu ran up to her. "Himura-chan, didja see that quick attack? That was cool, right? Right?!" He ecstatically cheered. Aran just dragged him back.

While still watching them practice, one of them walked up to her, their libero. "You're Sara, right?" He asked and she nodded. "Since when you and Shinsuke met?" He asked. Himura doesn't know him and kept her mouth shut, "Oops, I forgot. Akagi Michinari, nice to meet ya!"

Himura told him the story and Akagi just laughed. "Well, do you know that yer friend is the captain now?" He said jokingly.

Feeling proud of Kita, she would've never expected that he'll be in the team judging by his past teams.

"How's your first day?" Kita asked. Himura just shrugged and rested her head on the table. "Fine...I guess..." Himura mumbled and watched the TV playing a cartoon.

Kita hummed and remembered that Himura joined the volleyball club. "How about the volleyball club? Is it great?" He asked again. Like always, Himura just shrugged her shoulders, "I'm the sub opposite hitter."

"That's lucky." Kita congratulated her with a small smile, Himura nodded and drank her drink. "Did second year get any better?" She asked him stoically. Kita sadly, shook his head and sighed, "I wasn't qualified yet. Not even good for subbin', but it's fine..." He trailed off, making Himura concerned about him. "...I'll just wait for the right opportunity to get the spot I'm lookin' for..."

"...but now, I'm just goin' to watch the matches instead." He smiled again. Himura gulped and her heart sank whenever Kita mentioned the next year. His first year wasn't that lucky even his second year of middle school.
