Paige dashed through a corridor as fast as she could. Her wings opened up behind her as if ready to fly.

She yelped as she found a dead end with a window, looking behind her to see the man was still chasing her, his grin wide as he held his knife high.

"Well, it was fun while it lasted." She says and opens a nearby window. Sitting on it, she smirked.

"Good day, Jack." She giggled and fell backwards. Her wings opening up as she fell through a portal.

Landing through the portal. She landed back in the void. Fistbumping another person before they walked through a portal.

"Heya. I'm Fern. How did I get here? Same story as Paige. Was being chased by people who hated me. Fell through a portal and wound up here. Why? Not sure. But those people hate me now." Fern introduced themself before they drank out of a cup. "I found out Marina is connected to the woman who chased me out of her friend circle." They comments.

"Really now?" Paige asked. "To think she was my mother." She mumbled.

"Haha, funny, I know. I trusted her so much." Fern said before setting down the cup. "Marina is also connected to your DP friend, Nadia."

"Dimension Police.... and the white haired girl I told you about?" Paige asked.

"Nothing." Fern admits. "She's almost unknown."

"Strange, and these books kept popping up where ever we've gone." Paige says and slides a book to Fern. It being signed by an 'Abby Grenore'.

Fern looked through the pages. "It seems like a diary..."

"Fern, do you even know what a diary is?" Paige asked.

"I'm a glitch, Paige. I know nothing." Fern comments, looking at Paige with distraught in their eyes.

"Already?! I started to like this place." Paige huffed.

Fern pats Paige's head. "There there. We will find a way to escape these brats." They comment.

Paige grinned. "Sure sure."

Fern chuckled as another portal opened up. "Off we go." They say before going through the portal.

Paige rolled her eyes playfully, chuckling as she walked through the portal with Fern.

Fern landed on a grassy terrain of sorts. "Grassy, feels normal..."

"Umbrella Academy." Paige says and grabs Fern's hand. "Hold on." She says as she spreads her wings and flies off with them.

Fern screamed. "PAIIIIIIGE!"

Paige threw Fern through another portal as gun shots fired at them from below and clipping one of her feathers. "Ack!" Paige soon through the portal and landed in a lake. "SHIT!"

"Language!" Fern yelled as they got up and shook the water off like a dog.

Paige laughed. "You dumbass..."
