Spencer Reid is gay. He knows it but everyone else doesn't. Takes place early on in the seasons. Spencer meets the newest member of the team, confident and tbh super cute. Their relationship evolves to something more than friendly coworkers but everything stays under the radar until the BAU is called to investigate the murders of gay men. Someone from Spencer's past, knows his secret and is fueled with hatred and won't stop until he pays.

Basically writing the fic I want to read because it be like that. Obviously I didn't create the BAU characters like bro? So rights to Criminal Minds or whatever just don't sue me for wanting some queer representation.
