The Haunted last-named seems harmful to others, but in reality, it had hurt other people in the past with the secrets my father kept away from my siblings and me when we moved to his family cabin. My Mother always told us to make good for the name so another won't fear us, and I didn't understand it at first, but I wish I did. Or what secrets were waiting for us to unfold in that same cabin...I used to call home back then.
