Okay… deep breath. That chapter was a lot.
Clara’s night didn’t exactly go as planned (understatement of the year?), and I think we all felt that awful sinking feeling with her. I wrote this chapter in one go, totally in my feels—and I hope some of that rawness came through.
It’s that kind of heartbreak where you knew it would happen… but still hurts like hell.
